Went there when I was almost done with my gas. Started to fill the gas and found that the price is almost 0.50 more than what the nearby gas station charges you. If you need gas, just go nearby gas station which is almost within walking distance and save $7.00 per fill!

This place is horrible. The service is terrible, the manager just laughed in my face after telling me his system was broken, but was taking orders for other ppl that happens to look just like him. I wonder why the system was broken all of a sudden when it was my turn to order.

This place is very racist. Today i went there to get gas and tried to get water. It was like 95 degress outside. This was around 7. I saw him let two bangledesh customers inside. As i walked towards the door, i hear a click sound. The door became locked. They haf three employee in the store. Two men and a older lady. I told him the was locked, he rudely replied okay. I was dress in worl uniform and i worked for the city DOH. I was a bit shocked. At first, i assumed the two bangali men wprked there but they came out with bags of groceries. Iasked them if they worked there and they told me "no". They was pretty much racist. The only two people outside were the two black people.

Convenience store for some reason is closed and they only have the window open. I experienced horrible customer service. The worker cursed me out when I asked if I could have my money back due to the fact that I preferred an item that wasn't going to expire in 8 days. Disgusting. Get your gas and snacks someone else folks.

This place is terrible. They closed off the store with yellow tape. They have a subway and on the subway app it has them open 24 hours. I made an order, it told me my order was ready. When I went to pick it up they tell me it’s not there even though it’s the same address that is on the subway app. They tell me they have no order and to go away. Very rude. Definitely will not get my business again and I’m a BP customer for gas, won’t be getting my gas from this place. The BP at 1730 Cross Bronx will be getting my business going forward at least they have good customer service there and not rude workers.

don’t not come to this Indian gas station they are scams I went to the pump to pay with my Apple Pay. They said I have to pay inside I went inside and I gave him cash when I came back to the pump I was pumping through my Apple Pay so I was charged on my Apple Pay. Plus he took my cash when I came back the next day he said no he cannot refund me my money. Be weird stay away.

Let me share my bad experience to all. I went to this gas station, filled gas in my car and ask the cashier to use the restroom and the lady let me to use the restroom. Unfortunately another cashier name “Mike” say something on Hindi to the lady not don’t let me to use the restroom. He just did it intentionally to give me hard time. #Neve ever go to this gas station. Owner Should talk to Mike about his inappropriate behaviour

Terrible experience at the Subway inside this BP gas station. I went around 10 PM to get the meal of the day. The employee said deals weren’t available, but I could still order without it like pay the full price but no deals which didn’t make any sense. I placed my order through the Subway app with the deal anyway—it went through, and then he canceled it right in front of me, saying “Subway isn’t working.” When I said I’d report it, he told me to go ahead like he didn’t care. When I started recording for proof, he and a couple of others began recording me too. The worker in black shirt worker gave me middle finger (picture attached), refused to give name or any manager’s info, and they even came outside to my car trying to intimidate me. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this location has a pattern of this scammy behavior. I’ve reported it to Subway and BP—if this happens to you, report it too.
