I spent 59.96 at this gas station and then told I had to pay another quarter to use the bathroom. When I asked the lady at the counter her response was well it’s on the door you should have read it before hand. Wouldn’t go back here if the gas were free.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are dirty, the employees are extremely rude, and the floors are constantly littered with garbage. Let’s talk about the Dunkin‘ Donuts— I have never experienced worst customer service in my life! There are a bunch of kids running the place and it literally took 10 minutes to be served a donut and a bagel, all the while they were talking on their phones, gossiping about a previous customer, and worst of all, swearing. Unacceptable!!!

Price of gas is always 30 cents more per gallon compared to other gas stations. The car wash is terrible too. Soap and water streaks left all over car. All other car washes in the area are much better.

Who doesn't cringe thinking of gas station bathrooms? I was unexpectedly blown away at this bathroom!!! It's the little things you have to be thankful for.. This bathroom was CLEAN! I'm talking top to bottom looking spotless everywhere, stocked wonderfully, smelling like a spa! Thank you for this random stop. I'm absolutely stopping here again when I'm in this area just because quality matters and you proved it in the bathroom today. I'd like to add the store looked clean and orderly as well but man oh man, what a tidy tinkle today🤗

They have a good amount of pumps for you to select from and they have a car wash and lots of space around it to maneuver vehicles. The inside has a sandwich shop and a dunkin donuts to get some coffee or lunch. They don't have a good selection of water but they have a lot of Everything else. The snack selection is a little bit limited but they have enough. The bathrooms have quarter slots to enter but they are not cleaned well.

Watch your total when they are ringing up. Somehow a Ghost Energy drink and a small bag of cherry sours were $9. 2 items for $9 is unreal. Price gouging like crazy or they intentionally scanned multiple items when I was on my phone not paying attention, and I questioned it, but was tired so didn’t think much about how high it was until I left. Be careful when coming here!

Stopped yesterday. Fuel ran out of the pump before I even got the nozzle in. Most of the pumps have bags on them, put a half tank of gas in to go home. Instant misfire code and engine light on. Mechanic says gas was bad. Watered down gas or bad gas here. Steer clear.

No window washers. Trash cans overflowing. Where the fluid for the window washers goes is full of cigarette butts. Half the pumps are out of order. I wonder if @dunkin or @whichwich knows how this negatively affects their sales.

Very poor service. Fuel station was fine. The store attached was not customer friendly. They charge 25 cents for using washroom for non customers. Men’s washroom was out of order. No hot coffee available. On asking he replied my coffee gets wasted as only one or two customers takes coffe here and my rest of coffee gets wasted. Not something a customer expect . Person handling store was not customer friendly and was giving comments on specifics. Very bad experience.

The people who work at the gas station are super rude. The woman who is always here talks on her phone and won't take your payment until she is off... the older man I ordered lotto tickets and he gets them wrong everytime and doesn't listen. Give rude looks and over charges for every thing. I'd go to the one across the street...

I just wanted to wash my hands and the guy said I had to pay $0.25. I’ve filled up here so many times before, and I regularly get coffee at the Dunkin’ Donuts. I don’t like leaving 1 star reviews because I understand the seriousness of their implications but the absolute and irresolute rudeness of the gentleman behind the counter convinced me to do so. I live 1 minute away and will go out of my way to never shop here again, DD or gas.

Got a car wash. Figured it was washed cuz I've never had a problem before I left. I live 45 minutes away. Got home. The car was not clean on either side at all I'm to short to see the top and who knows if it really cleaned the bottom. Of course management is not there to do anything about it. Terrible. If the car wash is not working out up a sign or cones or better yet. Don't have it an option when you buy gas. Terrible car wash. Waste of time and money.

Guilty of price misresentation. Would not honor sale price posted on body armor drinks. Paid full price last week and this week the sale sticker was still up and cashier took down the sticker I spoke about instead of honoring the sale price listed on label sticker. That is illegal and screw their business practices.

WORST BP IN COUNTRY! AVOID AVOID AVOID September 2025 UPDATE HAD TO MEET SOMEONE THERE. STILL NO WINDOW WASH FLUID OR SQUEEGEES SO USED CARWASH TO KILL TIME FOR AND CAR STILL DIRTY. MANAGEMENT HERE REALLY DOESN'T CARE. HOPE THEY ARE DRIVEN OUT OF BUSINESS AND A REPUTABLE OWNER BUYS THIS PLACE. STILL August 2025 AVOID THIS STATION I WINFIELD RD. THIRD TIME in 4 YEARS went here again out of desperation tank empty. Again empty garbage filled wash fluid. They obvious don't Acre about any service. And don't take advice or action. Owner did nothing. Very sad. JUNE 2022 AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST (June 2022) $4.159 per gallon yet they can't put a dollar worth of window wash fluid in any of their wash stations. What a joke. I went again over a year later forgetting how crappy this place is (10/12/22) and still empty window wash fluid bins. Do not go here. This is std at every gas station I have ever been but this one. And the gas is still more expensive than all others in the area.

A car "wash" it is not. More like a car rinse. Ok, I admit I got the cheapest car wash - the deluxe, but it was still $8. And for that I got exactly zero soap. It started with a light rinse, then moved on to a high-pressure rinse, followed by a normal rinse. I don't expect much from touchless car wash, but I do expect some soap. Doesn't seem to be asking too much, does it?

$5 for a bottle of water is absolutely absurd. The staff here is rude and you have to pay to use the restroom if youre not buying anything. Also the ppl at Dunkin are rude as well !! Read all the other reviews and avoid this place!!
