I went into the gas station to purchase gas and cigarettes. When purchasing cigarettes I asked for New Port BLACK selects in the black package , and it was told to me that “ We don’t like black “ and the two customer service representatives proceeded to laugh and one customer representative had a black marker and stated “ I will mark the box black for you” We asked for the store manger information named Jerry and when we called him and tried to explain to him what took place at his establishment he hung up the phone on my mother & I. It’s a shame that we have to still deal with this type of behavior. We will NOT BE BACK to that gas station and word of mouth travels fast!

This has become my go-to gas station in or around Shorewood. It is clean and well-maintained. All of the equipment is up-to-date and is always working. There is even cleaning fluid and a squeegee on every pump island. It seems like a small thing, but so many gas stations have opted to forego simple niceties.
