Gas prices are comparable to local gas stations. Air pump NEVER operating. Car wash is questionable. I never see any soap, no matter which level wash I purchase, and the dryer absolutely sucks!

This BP is Paul's Gas (formerly Village Mart) on Loomis Road. Most customers interact with the clerk while paying. The other service workers are gas pumps. These photos show gang graffiti in the restroom. It appeared fairly recently. So far, customers are not being bothered. If Paul's fails to fix things, then wonder about payouts to the gang.

This is a good gestation. The parking lot and pumps are laid out well you can get to the pumps and leave without too much of an issue. Inside has a good selection for quick grab and go snacks

This owner of the gas station talked to his staff so bad that I had to say something.... The young girl was so sweet and nice. This owner is a ticking time bomb. What I didn't like about this was his disrespect towards the American girl like she was nothing. He told me I could leave. I told him that he could too. JS🤔 Loved this gas station until the owner was here this morning.

I was there to use my Pick 'n Save Fuel points and was confused at the instructions on the pump. When I asked the clerk, she came to the pump with me to show me how to complete the transaction. Before she got back into the building, she stopped at the pumps to make sure everyone was okay with their transactions. I DEFINITELY will be back. The only reason this isn't five stars is because of all the construction going on. It was somewhat difficult getting in-and-out.

Went to fill my tank here today. The shut off did not function when the tank was full, resulting in me being soaked in gasoline from my waist to my feet before I could shut it off. I left abruptly, fearful of encountering someone with a cigarette in my path to the station office. Upon contacting the establishment, I was told 'that doesn't happen', refused the opportunity to talk with a manager and asked what I wanted them to do. When I suggested they inspect their shut offs, it was crystal clear that they plan to do nothing.

I paid at the pump. The next day on my card statement I see the charge for my gas, then a second transaction for $65.00. Good thing check my card statements. I called BP the day after it happened, and I was told to wait 2 days and just see what happens. I said no, and requested it be removed. The man promised to have the owner, Paul, call me back that day. The owner still has not called me. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. I'm never going there again.

Went to fill my gas can and noticed that the handle had jammed and could not release. After forcing the handle, I could not get the gas can to handle to release. By the time I got the attendant to shut off the pump, four gallons of gas had spilled which I prepaid for. I was told they could not give me a refund, I was told that I would have to come back to speak to a manager. I came back to the store and had to speak to a manager over the phone. After being interrupted by him twice while I explained the situation, he told me that I was wrong, that their equipment always works, and that they pump one million gallons of gas a weekend and this is not his problem. I have also seen the manager (or owner???) berate his employees on numerous occasions. Extremely rude and unprofessional all around.

Bought a POSH vape from this gas station. It was bunk. Tasted burnt and had no flavor. Entered the code on the POSH website and it said it was already queried. Went back. The owner was rude and would not exchange it or give me a refund.

I come here to use the touch free car washer thats why the 2 stars. However, on so many times the gas pumps don’t work and keeps clicking. The car washer itself is shabby but close to home. It gives a very limited time for drying. Right after you exit the washer there is usually piles of snow there and you can’t dry your car manually. It’s another business that cares about profit but does not care about the quality they provide . Im sure they will respond with a generic message down below. But they should try to up their game a little bit.

Great location. I wish they would upgrade their credit card systems tho. It takes over a minute to just get the card to process. That's a very long time when you're just trying to fuel up and go. Especially in the winter.

Its right on tbe corner of an intersection i frequently pass through, so its easy to access for me. And though it is fairly busy most of the time, i usually get an available gas pump right away, if not it's only a minute or two of waiting until a pump opens up.

None of these pumps work so he requires you to go in. When you go in you can’t use your BP rewards because he clicks out of it and said he doesn’t know what you’re talking about. Is been around 6 months that the debit card readers at the pump won’t work and the owner is fully aware.

Gas prices will be listed as a certain amount on the big street sign and also at the pumps but when you go to insert your card and pay the prices jump up 10+ cents per gallon. I will be calling the dept of weights and measures on this gas station as I have never seen this before and it surely doesn’t seem like legal business practice.

Buttons on the screen at the pump rarely all work. Was at pump 1 and the button to choose credit didn't work. Had to go to another pump. Some pumps i couldn't enter the perks loyalty thing. Got the car wash. Half my car was still covered in soap. Never going here again. Used to go here all the time. Came across the button and carwash issue before and was hoping they would've been fixed by now but nope! Seems like the owners don't care to keep up with their property maintenance.

Great gas station right off the freeway, usually the best prices in the area for gas. Large inner shop with a smoke shop. And if you are a Pick n Save / Kroger customer, get gas discounts here!

So today, 8/31/2024, gas price is listed at $2.99. I don't think much about it, fill up, and come home (30 minutes away). When logging my receipt, I notice that I was charged almost $50, and take a closer look and see that I was charged for "super" gas at $3.99 per gallon, a whopping $1 higher than advertised. I have been putting gas in my car for over 20 years and know how to press the "regular" button. I called the station to find out if I'm imagining things. This was my conversation: "Hi, how much is your gas, regular grade?" "2.99" "How about your premium grade?" ""3.39" "Oh, I think your machine is faulty. I was charged $3.99" "no, that can't happen." "Um, I'm looking at the receipt. Can you check?" "How much does it say, total?" "$49.76" "Oh, you put in the super grade, $3.99" "I put the regular grade. And you just told me the premium grade was $3.39?" "Yes, the premium is 3.39, but the mid grade is 3.99." "Your mid grade is more expensive than the premium?" "yes. You just put in the wrong gas." So I should have looked at this while pumping, I guess, though I never felt the need to do so in all my 20 years of driving. It is "possible" that I put in the wrong gas - the MEDIUM grade that is MORE EXPENSIVE than the PREMIUM grade and called "super" on the receipt. But I really feel like this was more of a scam/shady business practice than me choosing the wrong gas grade. It just isn't the type of mistake that's so easy to make, and the price points for the grades all just don't fall into place. It's too bad that the gas station is 30 minutes away and not worth the drive. It's also too bad that my faith in BP and honest business practices has been tattered and from now on I will have to be looking at my receipt and pump more diligently. What a shame.

My main complaint about the car wash is the dryer because it shuts off right away. It ssud 69 than shut off leaving the car all wet on a cold day and this happens all the time. Today when I went to dry it off I actually saw soap that wasn't rinsed off and not clean all over. I was more than disappointed.
