1st and last visit. sign said $2.94.9, i got charged $2.95.9. Surprise, the "cheap" car wash is $11 and apparently they charged tax on it too. "Fool me once, shame on you..."

This store is hit and miss, I tend to go here just for Copenhagen, sometimes they have it and other times they are out, they are not great at answering the phone, if they would, I would know if I need to go elsewhere to get it.

Pumps are always half broken. You have to mash the touchpad (they don't use buttons). The pumps always ask you if you want a carwash before letting you get gas. When gas finally starts flowing, it is agonizingly slow. Extra star for good lighting outside.

The cashier Tricia is so amazing every time I come in she always smiles and says hello You should give her a a raise And she was very polite even though I was short $0.25 she let me have my purchase because I told her I'll be back with $0.25 that owe later on tonight..... Which I happen to find my car instead of going home and coming back like I said I was going to I've known her for years which is probably why she let me go because she knew I would always payback what I owed

Absolutely ridiculous, the worker that is working today( July 21 at 830 pm) is very disrespectful. He uses bad language to children . He is extremely slow (line going out the door). A teenager wanted water and he tried charging him then when he said "I don't want it then" he started bullying him saying he can't afford water, and made his friend pay for it. This is absolutely wrong. I will not be in this store for as long as he is working. He also has previously walked away from the counter as customers waited and smoked his vap pen.

Inside store and employees are nice. However, the gas pumps themselves are some of the slowest in FL. Good luck if you're on a hurry because you'll be pumping for a while to fill up.

The cashier charged me $40 when I asked for $20 for gas. I noticed she was ringing lottery tickets for the previous customer and I needed to wait for her to finish since I was paying with a card. I was told to tap and I didn’t see a total and I didn’t get a receipt. When I got home I noticed the charge and when I called, no answer because this location operates without a phone, without a manager, without any supervision. I went back in and was told they can’t do anything because their system doesn’t go back far enough. It got gas at 5:45pm and was back at 11 in the morning to try to get it resolved. She told me the lady was new and that’s why it happened. And she said the manager works on Monday but can’t call them? The most unpleasant, unprofessional, disgusting water leaking from the ceiling store. I’m glad I got the wake up call to stay away but I’m upset that she stole $20 from me.

Restrooms were extremely dirty, and all windshield washer buckets were found empty. Attendant was advised, but nothing was done. No receipt was given at the pump, so I had no choice but to go inside. Come on bp! Let’s get it together. This is why Wawa and Racetrac are taking over, and you along with other gas stations like y 7-Eleven are slowly become obsolete. The little things do make a difference.
