I have a membership there it's great as long as people that aren't members would stay out of that lane. They slow things down. The air dry doesn't do the best job, so be sure to bring towels

Paid for the Manager Special, and the wheels were left pretty dirty and the truck still had dirt spots around. Also the machine doesn't dry very well, and you end up with water spots. Wish I had done a little more research and read other reviews before spending $20 there. Would not recommend.

Great car wash only thing is the dryer doesn't completely dry the car. Bring something to dry it off or you'll have water marks left. The included self vacuums are awesome have a lot of sucking power to them. Definitely recommend. 👍

Since moving to Florida I struggled with how carwashes are done here. Since COVID changed all that the prices were astronomical here for just an exterior wash in NY I paid $7-$10 but this place wasn't too bad. Staff was super helpful and polite and the vacuum had really good suction

I've been very happy with my top dog level membership. I can go through the car wash any time I want. The car wash has always done a good job of cleaning, especially my wheel spokes, which many places miss. My only mild complaint is the layout. There is only 1 car wash queue and 2 kiosks which converge to the single line. Occasionally a car will enter in the wrong order and it will give me a lower tier wash than what I paid for. It is simple to just go back through and they'll usually get it right, but it is mildly annoying. If there is only 1 car wash there should only be 1 entrance and 1 kiosk.

Broke my mirror and they wont replace it. Wait until they see how badly I screw up their reviews boards, horrible people. Asked me to leave after saying I need a new mirror. No value in their customers. We can't let places like this continue to take our money for a service and have no accountability.

My first visit. Wow! I got the ultimate car wash and I was very impressed with everything. The car was very clean. Free vacuum, I think that is idealed, due to the much needed time I required for inside cleaning. I would spent over $5. along in vacuuming. After the wash you pull around to the right and complete your cleaning. I did notice the worker's came out to help, and clean the grounds. Things were comfortable and I felt safe. I recommend to visit.

I pay around $43 dollars a month for this place. For over a year I've brought my truck here . It never gets my steps clean, the big brushes that go down the side never touch my tailgate or rear bumper and my rims are never totally clean. Also there is always a part of the car wash that is not working properly when I go through. Plus for the last couple of months the car wash part has been closed more than its been open. The sign says 20% discount for your inconvenience. I've never seen my bill discounted. And the reason I use this one is because it's right on my way home and don't have to go out of my way. Plus the vacuums are not that great. Maybe I need to start going to the one car wash that my buddy told me about and they vacuum out your vehicle for you plus dry it off for the same monthly charge !!! Also I have left comments about this place a few times and nobody has ever reached out to me about any of it. And I will probably never hear from anyone about this.

It's a great place to get your car washed. i typically go here a few times a week to get the bugs and grime off of my truck as i commute to west palm a few times a week. every time i go no matter what is all over the hood of my truck, they get it out. they recently added window spray and rags, which is nice. there are other really good car washes in the area that offer a bit more services, but ill stick with them as what they offer is consistently great.

I love this car wash. Free vacuuming with 2 different size nozzles so u can get those tight areas.. The guys do an awesome job detailing outside as car automatically is pulled forwards. Price$ gr8... I've seen many in Orlando charge upwards of $30.00 for less. Absolutely a must go to...

Great car wash at a great price! I love that they have free vacuums that you can use (Even without washing). The car wash prices are pretty cheap, I think 6-8$ for basic, however, I've gone through a few times and still seen quite a bit on my car. Maybe I should spring for the deluxe next time.

It's a Mister Car Wash now. The wash itself is fine, the issue is the begging employees. They don't let us touch the screen to choose the wash we want, an employee does it. For that luxurious forced service they then straight up ask "would you like to tip us"? No. This is not a tipped service, and you're terrible for asking, and the management are terrible for allowing it. Pay your people an appropriate wage and stop them from harassing your customers for handouts.

Have gone here multiple times with little issue. Usually there are about two or three workers there at a time, handling cash or wiping down the car before it goes into the automatic car wash. Today I exited the carwash and discovered three new scratches on the front part of my car. I wipe down my car after every wash so I know this isnt from a previous wash. There were also other minor scratches. If this is going to be the new norm, i will be looking for a new place to wash my car. Also workers were not wearing masks.

Pay for Monthly Speedpass for 2 vehicles. Third time using it on my car. The tag never works on my vrhivle. It's never "connected." You wait for the rude workers to check your account and they get sassy for you discussing their attitudes for wanting what you pay for. I had to discuss customer service with the guy as he shrugged his shoulders and turned. Didn't clean the front windows, nor the back trunk area of my vehicle and must have pushed to give me the cheapest clean. My car was still dirty when I drove out. We'll see how it goes next time before I cancel. Weekend crew is more efficient and friendly.

Really love to come here when I need to do a thorough clean and vacuum of my car. There’s so many vacuums and trash cans that even if it gets busy, you can find an open spot. I’ve used the car wash a couple times and have always left satisfied with the clean. Almost forgot to mention, the vacuums are FREE!!
