Been here Now quite a few times with a couple Personal Vehicles and Work Vehicle ! Never seem to disappoint. I have Not Yet paid for a Monthly Subscription. Unlimited would be nice. But a lot of the time I barely go once in 3 Weeks. However, if I get Unlimited I would go atleast once every week! They should come up with a discount price to get you to sign on for a monthly subscription. But if you sign on for that discounted first monthly you would then Have To Get the 2nd. Month at current deal prices. For instance $19.99 is the lowest monthly . So discounted 1st. Month would be like $14.99. 2nd month would be at $19.99. But to get the first deal you have to sign on for atleast the 2nd. Month as well . Before your 2nd. Monthly is up Cancel before your 3rd. Month and you will have No Further Charges if you some how Do Not like the service. Just a wish of mine ;-) Anyways, I will be back soon to wash something ! Oh and 1 more thing. There should be a deal such as your 1st. Car for instance $19.99 Unlimited. A second Added car instead of another $19.99 for Unlimited. That second vehicle might be limited to only 1 Wash a week at let’s say $12.99-$14.99 a month. Because Most people Do Not drive their Second Vehicle as much as the other. It’s really unfair to do another subscription for another $19.99 or more for a 2nd. Vehicle that you Do Not Drive Much but would like a wash atleast 1 time a week. I believe this kind of deal is doable and would bring you folks more revenue. Simply because this deal makes perfect since. Anyways see you soon !!

I wouldn't recommend using the automatic wash service, the alignment was off & my tire got scraped also my front bumper got scratched. Fix your automated vehicle rails so they don't mess up customers vehicle. I had to replace a front tire since the side wall was so worn & still looking into how ima repair my bumper & paint it hoping the color matches the vehicle. So disappointed..... DO BETTER.

Disappointing Service and Lack of Transparency I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Blue Rain Car Wash in Lathrop. My recent experience has left me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a customer. Firstly, the car wash unilaterally increased its prices without any prior notification or intimation to existing customers. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. When I personally inquired about the price hike, the response I received was, "I can't knock on each and every door and inform about the increase." This dismissive and incredibly rude comment highlights a concerning level of recklessness and disregard for customer communication. It's clear that once they've secured your business, customer care becomes an afterthought. A simple acknowledgment of the price increase and a commitment to better communication (e.g., via message or signage) for future changes would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with an unhelpful and disrespectful attitude. Increasing prices without any form of acceptance or prior notice from customers is not only unprofessional but also a very poor business practice. I had expected a basic level of courtesy and transparency, neither of which was provided. I cannot recommend Blue Rain Car Wash based on this experience. Potential customers should be aware of their practices before committing to their services also check your monthly detection if you have committed for it.

I highly recommend Blue Rain Car Wash. You can also choose with wax, and touch less. Service is good. They have PRE WASH, then give you a dashboard cleaner every visit and they will manually remove remaining wet part on your car if there is. Please give them some Tip if you have extra. Good Service, quality and good person. CLEAN and PROFESSIONALS! ⭐️

The best car wash around Lathrop! Service is incredible and the workers are really nice. Especially the tall skinny Indian guy, he has been super nice from day 1 since we’ve been going there and always has a great demeanor. He even taught the other guys how to greet in Punjabi lol. Overall great experience and highly recommended for car wash!

DONT GO HERE. If I could give it no stars I would! Took my car for the first time here only to get the cover to my shark fin antenna broken. We didn’t notice at first until an employee came to us with our broken cover. He handed it to us saying it was ours and just walked away. We asked to talk to his manger, he just gave us the run around that it was already broken when it was in fact NOT BROKEN. My sister was going back and forth with the employee, while every once in awhile he would step away from us to give the manager a call about the situation. During all this time he still wouldn’t give us a contact information. In the end the manager ‘told him’ to show us the liability statement that was printed at the front of the entrance of the car wash. Annoyed, We just left after that since it was going no where. While I understand the statement the way they tried to deny it and give us the go around AND not provide us with a management number was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Definitely never going there again, oh and thanks for my broken cover back *sarcasm*

They changed the cost of my membership without notifying me. Due to my payments being on auto pay, I was unaware of the price increase. The increased wasn’t $1-$2, it was a $7 increase. I tried to call and leave a voicemail and I received a text saying they do not call back that I had to go to the office to talk to someone. I feel that I’ve been taken advantage of as a customer m. This is very unprofessional.

Place is hit n miss.. paying for unlimited washes n some days they are good the car is nice n clean n some days the car is super dirty. Not sure where to tip to get a cleaner car. In the front or on the way out?

SCAMMERS DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR MEMBERSHIP PEOPLE LIKE HIM DO MOT DESERVE TO RUN A BUSINESS HERE Poor service. Everyone needs training on customer service. And US businesses regulation and laws. I am in the car business and go back and forth between states. Work with 5 different manufacturers of cars dodge and its products and GM. Brought my car there to get a wash the car wash guy at first did not know how to guid me into the wash and i had to step out and see myself to go in. I have membership with these fools in 4 of my cars including 2 of my fiancé’s cars. The lady that dries the cars put so much pressure on my mirror and broke my blind spot mirror and the big mirror itself. I filed a claim and they told me “the boss will call tomorrow “ this was Wednesday. Nobody called until Friday and when I called the business owner told me today was his day off😂😂😂. As an owner of multiple businesses i was surprised that an owner had a day off right then i knew what i have going on and who I am dealing with. I got a call from the so called owner today and he told me “i will buy you a cheap $10 mirror from amazon and u take care of putting it on, I dont care about your car or how you want your car fixed. I am going to fix it how I want to fix it not how you want it fixed. Let me know if you want me to order you the $10 amazon mirror. Other than that I have no insurance here and cannot give you insurance to claim it on”. Absolutely dissatisfied. It is people like this that give the rest of business owners bad name. They do not deserve to own a business and they do not deserve even a dime from the good people of Lathrop. I had cancelled all my membership and told my whole family to cancel theirs because they don’t care about your property. Sadly I had to go out of country on Sunday or I would have taken care of this a different way. Lets see if $500 was worth all the hours that you are about to spend trying to keep your business. I wanted to do this the nice way but I have extra time for people like this. You will be hearing from my lawyers soon buddy …….. DO NOT GET YOUR CARS WASHED HERE
