Terrible - especially paying $45 to clean the inside of a brand new vehicle - the high school kids made the windows worse leaving then coming in. Managers nowhere in site, probably in the A/C - I seen them more on the phone than actually working. Joke. It was better when the work release dudes were there.

The worker an older man in the gas station was rude and dismissive. Came in with a voucher from the Catholic Church, which in itself is humbling, but was made to feel like they didn’t believe me and wouldnt accept the voucher. I have made the church aware not to partner with them anymore. And went to get a small amount of gas from a different place.

Stay away! Worse interior job. Last time they left towels in my car and the spray bottle. This time looks like they didn’t even touch interior and i was the only car getting interior done.

Don’t get your car cleaned here unless you want to pay $45 to get sassy lip from Rory who would rather hide from working and argue with customers about why nothing is getting done instead of doing the job he is being paid to do.

What’s the point of having employees spray the front of vehicles in a part of the world where bugs are plastered all over the front of our vehicles? It would make more sense to have them taking a brush and getting the worst of the bugs off and then go through the power washer and brush system. In most states that is how it’s done. For $14 I still have to get a wash rag and some spray and attempt to clean the bugs off. Also writing “do not steal” on bottles of spray is not going to keep people from taking them. Finally I do not appreciate the person walking up to me as I scan my debit card ask me if I need help when all the really want is the sell me a monthly membership. If anyone wants that, they’ll ask. Otherwise the vacuums work well.

If you need a brake tag your in luck!!! BlueHarbor Pointe Car Wash does it all! ll I needed to get a new brake tag and went over to BlueHarbor Break-tag inspection station. Two years for $20 and the process was easy. I was waited on as soon as I drove up by a friendly and welcoming representative. It only took 5 minutes, I'm legal again AND got a free car wash! Just wanted to give a big shout to Blue Harbor!

Disappointed to see that if you purchase a gift card, after a year blue harbor starts deducting $1.50 per month until the amount on the gift card is depleted. I purchased a lot of these for gifts in the past but will no longer do so.

I can honestly say that when it came to my experience with Marc, the manager at Blue Harbor, he handled my situation with the best customer service anyone could have asked for! I’ll continue to use Blue Harbor because of Marc and his ability to stay true to his word! Thank you, Marc, for your loyalty!! It hasn’t gone unnoticed!

I paid $45 for an interior cleaning. I pulled into the cleaning lane at 4:30 with one car in front of me being cleaned. They must have lost track of order because they didn’t start on my car until 5:30 and finished well after 6:15. I was so eager to get on with my evening that I failed to check their work. When I got home I noticed my third row seats were down. When I lifted them I saw that they hadn’t even touched the third row seats or floor. I called multiple times and the number is not in service. I sent a request to be contacted via their website and still haven’t received a response. Save your money and do it yourself.

Got there at 12 noon… paid $65 for a wash and interior clean… got a wash and half ass vacuum job… I could have done that myself … took 2 hrs… it’s now 2:05 and my car looks just as bad as when I got here!! Drove all the way from Hammond… NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I feel robbed!! Plus I tipped!!

Stay away from this place after going through their car wash my vehicle came out with significant damage on the driver side door hood, and front panel. The manager Daniel has refused to call me back concerning this issue after two weeks. I finally speak to him and they’re claiming the damage was not from their car wash which it 100% was caused by their car wash. My vehicle had no damage prior to entering that car wash, unfortunately now it will have to go in front of a judge, as I am now filing a Lawsuit against them to get these damages to my vehicle. Stay far away from this place as they do not own up to their own mistakes and damage caused by their machines inside of their car wash.

On my way to work and a huge rock hit my windshield. When it happened I said not today Satan. Drove right into to Blue Harbor and greeted kindly by staff. Fast and efficient with a great price to save me from further damage to deal with later. I drove out and said God is good. This is my second windshield repair with them. Only place I will go to save time and money with a smile. Before and after pictures, huge difference.

Company needs to enforce a no cell phone policy. My 90 year old grandmother moves faster than the two attendants of the vacuum area. And that’s if they weren’t hiding in the building in the back on their phones. The girl at the check in kiosk was very friendly and helpful though.

I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience at Blue Harbor Pointe Car Wash! I went there expecting nothing more than a simple, routine wash to keep my car in good shape. Instead, I left with a damaged antenna and a sinking feeling that this business does not care about its customers or their vehicles. To start, my car was in perfect condition when I brought it in. After the wash, I noticed my antenna was broken. When I pointed this out to the manager, he admitted that it was their fault, which I initially appreciated. I thought this meant they would handle the repair and that I wouldn’t have to deal with any more hassle. But that was far from the reality. Although the manager accepted responsibility, he offered no immediate solution, and when I asked for a call from upper management to discuss getting the damage fixed, he assured me I’d hear back soon. Days went by, and I still hadn’t heard anything from anyone at Blue Harbor Pointe Car Wash. My antenna is still damaged, and every day it’s left unrepaired, the risk grows that moisture could seep in and cause even more damage to the interior of my car, especially the headliner. This isn’t a minor issue that can be ignored. Any moisture that gets inside will lead to additional damage that could be costly and challenging to fix. It’s common sense that a business that damages a customer’s vehicle should take the necessary steps to make it right, but Blue Harbor Pointe Car Wash seems to think they’re somehow exempt from this responsibility. I am now left with a damaged vehicle and no assurance that Blue Harbor Pointe Car Wash will follow through on their word to fix what they broke. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially since they admitted fault but are unwilling to take action. When a business acknowledges their mistake, they should follow through. Ignoring a customer after damaging their property is unprofessional and reflects a complete lack of accountability. What’s most infuriating is that this damage could lead to even greater costs for me down the line. If moisture damages my headliner because the antenna was left unfixed, I’ll be responsible for repairs that could’ve been avoided entirely if Blue Harbor Pointe Car Wash had simply honored their promise to resolve the issue. Instead, they’ve left me with no answers and no indication that they care about the inconvenience and stress this has caused me. To anyone considering using Blue Harbor Pointe Car Wash, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This business has shown me firsthand that they will not take responsibility for damages they cause. They are more interested in dismissing their mistakes than actually supporting their customers. If you care about your vehicle and expect the business to stand behind its service, do not trust Blue Harbor Pointe Car Wash. They’ll gladly take your money, but if anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to lift a finger to help. This is not a company that values its customers or respects their property, and I would never trust them with my vehicle again. Avoid this place if you value your peace of mind and the condition of your car.

My father took my car to get the interior and exterior washed today and needless to say, we were both extremely disappointed. I even asked him if he went down a dirt road before bringing me my car back because the whole back of the car was covered in dirt. The dash was gross like it hadn’t even been wiped down, the mats were still dirty, and there were dirt spots ALL over the car. I am not one to ever leave a bad review, but after spending $65 plus tip for a finished product like this and considering how long it takes to be finished… it is extremely disappointing. Blue Harbor used to be known as THE place to get your car washed, but within the past 10 years the quality and service has dropped tremendously. Unfortunately this is the last time I will be using them.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve got to give credit where it’s due. I’m real protective of my car, so I’ll be honest — I was a little hesitant about bringing it in here at first. But these young guys did an outstanding job! You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing. They took their time and treated the car with respect. I was seriously impressed. For only $65 bucks, I'll be back!
