Vending for a jumbo sham would not come out. Stole my dollar after few minutes. Low pressure water for the amount of time u get for the money.

If you have a modded vehicle this is the car wash for you! No brushes all water and air! Spotless clean! Of course a little extra towel try after but that’s anywhere! Rock on tho this place! My fave hands down!

Touch less wash does a pretty decent job unless your car is very dirty then I recommend washing by hand. When I went through the wash I opted for 3 vacuum tokens and paid but they never came out of the machine!

Liked having light touch and touchless options. Undercarriage wash is good after visiting saltwater coast. Unfortunately scrub brushes are gone. Took a sponge to remove residual front end bugs at home.

Came here to clean my car out & the vacuum wasn’t working. The suction was really light. I switched over to the next machine that was working just fine. I told the workers the next day. I wasted a couple dollars for a vacuum that wasn’t working right :/

Female manager told me not to get out of my vehicle when I had to due to person behind me honking when my vehicle wouldn't start do to a software update. She was rude, nasty and disrespectful for no reason as the equipment had ceased running for several minutes and there was no actual safety concerns. Other people might not as nice to her as I was. I hope she learns some manners and common sense.

It’s a standard car wash. I never expect my car to come out spotless only less dirty than before. It was the $15 soft touch. Thank you

Clean and functional. Has vacuum, self service wash as well as an automatic car wash. While everything is well kept and functional there's a big no-no for me here: self service wash pricing. It takes $4 to start a wash whether you use card or coin but sets to 5 mins of time. Adding a quarter only extends by 20 seconds. I've never been to a car wash where I do the washing where I've gotten less than 30 sec per quarter. Thus adding an extra dollar was worth only 1 min of time. Consider the fact that to do all of the wash options without rushing your wash job will take you at least 8 mins if not longer. You can skip the conditioner cleaner and save 2 mins of time but if you rush anything you'll get spotty dirt bits all over your vehicle. If I'm going to wash my car myself I'm not wanting to have to spend $8-$10 to do it. I can go to Bush Car Wash for $8 and have them do it for me. Not a great deal and it's. A little out of the way for me to go to anyways. I won't be coming back unless they change their pricing and time setup. Why would I pay the same price as an automatic wash but for manual labor?

I moved to WA a few months ago. Finally found a touch free wash! My vehicle cannot use a touch wash due to modifications. Works as well as those in the mid-west. Paid for the $15 wash. Though it left dirt on the sides and bumpers, it did remove every single bug from a month of driving. I will use it again.

The automatic car wash is charging for wax but not giving it to me. The staff is nice enough to give you free wash for it but it's been going on for over a month so they are just ripping people off. I mean there is not even a sign saying it's broken.

Touch less wash was on point! The mid grade option was just the ticket I was looking for on my old car

I tried their touchless wash service and it was wonderful! I also paid for the premium $15 service, it got about 95% and above items off my car. I will definitely be coming here again.

I want to thank Steve for helping me with my car wash “gift card” that would not work. Not only did he give me a free wash today, but he gave me a replacement card with upgraded washes for future use. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service, and my car was very happy as well.

Great place to get your car washed. Everything is clean and sanitary. The manager is a very nice guy. He was happy that I had found the place. I think I found my new car wash.

worse, car wash in the Tri-City area does not clean your car very well and the salt dry before you can rinse it off. I don’t even think it’s salt. I think it is water with a little bit of bubbles.

It says 2 dollars for the self car wash yet they charged my card 5 dollars.. also the timer on the carwash is so rigged every time I washed my car here I always wondered why the timer finished to fast and I timed it on my phone for every min in the car was my phone would only time 30s it would count 2seconds every 1 second, don’t recommend it

Save your money. I just went to the car wash and it never even washed my back window. How is that even possible. I look back in my back window was still filthy dirty. Including some other things on the car there was still dirt on it and I paid for a premium package. Never again

Edit: Thanks for your response! My last 3 visits with the drive-thrus left soap on the passenger side of my car. I had to clean it with a towel so it didn't dry that way. I like the convenience of the location, but the rinse cycle isn't getting all the soap off.
