Damage my car paint and ask me to file a claim. Then proceed to send me an email of a photo of their camera showing a different spot. Going through insurance is the best way since I also have camera proof of before and after with time stamp.

Not worth it. My car was only about 20% cleaner. Still has bug splats and dirt on it. “Spotless dry” is anything but true; my car had water spots and streaks from the very poor hand dry. There was also still soap/chemicals on my car after the whole process. I will not be returning.

It is normal good, but the tire treatment is not working 80% of the time. Its annoying and not fair to people that don't notice. Lindo is assisting me with tire treatment today. The wax treatment doesn't seem as good as it used to be. Maybe a different brand or watered down. It just not the same service anymore.

Review for July 2021. This car Wash is located in West Palmdale in the gasoline station 76. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely appreciate the convenience of this place being open after hours. Located conveniently within the circle k facility. Although the price is $8 to wash your car, it at least offers you a vacuum session. Unlike the local car washes which are about $7. This one's a little bit pricier. But it was the only one that was open at 7:00 p.m. on a Thursday night. So I do appreciate the fact that they were open and everyone else was closed.

Tried Bliss Car Wash in Palmdale and overall it was a good experience. The wash did a solid job, the vacuums were strong, and the place was clean and easy to use. It can get a little busy at peak times, but it’s a good value and I’d come back.

I recently took my car through Bliss Car Wash in Palmdale, and overall I had a positive experience. The wash was ok . The staff were friendly and the service was efficient once I got into the wash. My only real complaint isn’t about Bliss itself but the traffic situation around the location. The gas station next door, especially at the intersection of 10th Street West and Rancho Vista Boulevard, is always extremely busy. It often feels congested to the point where it’s stressful trying to get in and out, and at times I even felt unsafe pulling in or leaving because of how chaotic the traffic can be. Because of that, I’m giving this four stars instead of five — the car wash is excellent, but the surrounding traffic issues take away from the overall experience. If you’re heading here, just plan extra time and stay alert in that busy spot. Otherwise, great service and a clean car!

My husband and I really like this car wash. Great monthly membership prices. The roller at the end is so cool to us. Way better than just blow dryers. And on top the towel guys get the last drips! Everyone seems so nice too!

Don’t sign up for their monthly membership. You’ll spend MONTHS trying to cancel and STILL get charged. I’ve been battling these charges since September and yes, I could just close my cards but I shouldn’t have to do that. A company should properly cancel memberships an not continue charging. We’ve gone inside, we’ve called, both have been cancelled online and just today got charged again for both cars! Something isn’t connecting here and it’s costing customers money. I don’t recommend doing the membership. This car wash is hard to get large vehicles into anyway. Very sharp turn to get in the wash. Not at ALL worth $39 a month let along to continue to get charged endlessly when you’ve made several cancel attempts and even disputed charges with the bank!
