Worst automatic car wash I have ever been to. The water is dirty and the nozzles don't direct the high pressure at every inch of paintwork most washes do.

I am livid. I bought the most expensive wash. My car still has dirt and spots everywhere. It doesn't even look like we went through a wash. Also, they don't answer the phone. I want a refund but am sure I will never see one.

I tried the automated wash for the first time today....terrible results. Purchased the $8 wash. It was over quickly and the blowers didn't seem very effective at the end. Once the car dried, it looked worse than before the wash.

Sorry that I have to agree with all of the other reviews. I just used the automated today for the first time... and I am very disappointed. I drive a F150, just like everyone else in Gardner, and I dont think the tailgate of my truck even got wet. I have been driving on gravel roads, and just wanted to knock the dust off, and this car wash couldn't even deliver that. Not to mention I couldn't read the display to see what I was selecting. Maybe I selected the "I want a terrible carwash" option. I will not be returning to this car wash for any reason... Even to vacuum my vehicle. ~~~ Drew Brown

Don't waste your money. All you will do is feed the machine quarters to wash your car. The wheel cleaner never came out. after wasting a min I gave up. The hose for the brush isn't the correct hose. The hose kinks up and doesn't let soap out. Next time don't walk across the parking lot to buy your hose get the correct stuff. Never will I come here again waste of my money. Also the beeper for the timer doesn't work so watch out. 3 years later on 8/14/2020 (wife of original review) decides to take daughters car to this car wash on my lunch break to wash it off, and of course t got my work pants wet from wearing sandles, and my $45.00 work pants from Kohls are now bleached. A Sign stating you use high PH soap -may bleach clothes. A $2.00 car wash now cost me $45!!!guess I lived and learned.

I used the self wash option and it was great! I do not like how it doesn't beep when your time is running low, because I can't watch the clock and clean fast. The vacuum lasted long enough that I could get the whole car done! I was expecting the experience to be a hassle based on the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! My car is still looking pretty two days later.

Worst $10 spent. Soap didn't work and I only got to power wash my vehicle. $10 for a few minutes of water. Read the reviews, all similar complaints. The owner obviously doesn't care about his/her business.
