Was my first time going to this car wash and I had only went because I got a coupon off of instagram for a free wash. & honestly it was great the guy at the front was very nice and upbeat, so was the other one by wash. It washed my car pretty good too. It says 5 min only for the vacuums but I was there for like 30 😬 but the worker didnt rush me just asked if i need anything else like an extra towel and was just super kind. I liked it its a nice car wash. & i LOVE that they give you a little towel to dry its so small but it dried my whole dang car !

Good car wash location. I was told that the monthly price for my 1st vehicle was $29.99 since I had the I believe they called Grandfather or parent deal when they first opened this location, and any additional vehicles will be at $20.00 per month. Is not happening, I been charged $35.99 & 29.99 for the vehicles. I brought this to the attendant about 2 months ago, she wrote the license plates of my vehicles and said, it will be corrected. Still being charged the same, to the manager please contact me, there is no phone or web site listed, need to get this corrected.

Great customer service. I signed up through their website Googie car wash, but they since changed ownership and is now called Big Wave Car wash. The managers were very professional and still honored my free car wash because I signed up one month prior. I will return when I'm around the way. THANK YOU! BIG WAVE CAR WASH!

This is the best car wash I’ve been to! The customer service is excellent and they even give you a microfiber towel and car freshener! I am so happy to also finally have found a car wash where their vacuums work so good! They have the regular size vacuums and one with a skinny nozzle. When I was done, I felt like I had my car detailed! They also have a lot of deals going on. If you haven’t been here before, I definitely recommend giving them a try! I am very satisfied and this is now the only car wash I will go to!

Telling a customer they are wrong when you don’t have any proof is the problem with this place. I told them about my damage, 3.5 weeks later I still hear nothing back. Was told the reason why they did not contact me back was because the damage to my car was there before it went into the wash. Then they charge my account again. If I could do this type of damage to my tire I would know. My alignment would be off to say the least. This car is a little over a year old and I take good care of it. No proof, no call….you guys are responsible and are not taking accountability. Thanks for nothing Greg and Lisandra!

Extremely Disappointed – Damaged My Car and Didn’t Even Clean It Properly I went to this car wash today around 12:05–12:10 PM and paid $20 for what was supposed to be a thorough wash. Not only was my car not clean—I had to spend extra time afterward hand-wiping several spots they completely missed—but my car was also damaged in the process. There are noticeable dings and scratches now on both the passenger and driver sides, as well as on my side mirror, that were absolutely not there before the wash. This is unacceptable. Unless this business is willing to make it right by repairing the damage and issuing a full refund, I will not be returning and will make sure to warn others. Car washes should not leave your vehicle in worse condition than when you arrived. I have attached some pictures but I have more

This place sucks and run down! Washed my car and when I went to vacuum it, there are water spots all over the car. Going ro another place to wash off the water spots.

This review is about the irresponsibility of this business. My car was scratched when being washed here last week. At that point, a supervisor named Stephanie appeared and reported a hard foreign object stuck in their washer, which caused many deep scratches on my car. This trouble happened to our car and at least 3 other vehicles. Stephanie told us to go home after we requested compensation as her company would call us before the weekend. She lied, though, as I waited more than ten days with no response. I came to the store last Friday to follow up, but Stephanie refused to speak with us. She instructed the employee to inform us that a prior driver may have dropped the object into their washer that scratched our car. She told us to call my car insurance provider to report the damage because her company disclaims any liability for this issue. Their irresponsibility is intolerable. Firstly, they are accountable for anything related to their business in the first place, and our car was damaged due to their staff's improper equipment maintenance. Secondly, at least four cars were involved in this problem, and Stephanie threw her staff under the bus by letting them talk to us instead of explaining the situation herself. If the company owner reads this review, I hope the business owner will take responsibility for this problem if they read this review.

I am deeply disappointed with the service at Googie Car Wash and cannot recommend this business to anyone. I became a member around July 21st, initially drawn in by the positive reviews and the thorough explanation of the plans provided by Gabriel Holguin. Unfortunately, my experience quickly turned negative. On July 23rd, I visited the Anaheim location to wash my white car. During the wash, the tire cleaner damaged the left side of my vehicle. I immediately reported the issue to Lisandra, who identified herself as a manager. She assured me that she would follow up, and indeed, she called me the next day, July 24th. Lisandra informed me that the camera footage confirmed the damage occurred while my car was in the wash. However, she then placed the blame on me, suggesting that the damage was my fault because I hadn’t entered the car wash straight. This accusation was baseless—I followed the staff’s instructions exactly, including putting the car in neutral when instructed. If there had been any issues with alignment, the on-site staff should have addressed them. To make matters worse, Lisandra advised me to file a claim with my insurance to cover the damage caused by their equipment. This is absolutely unacceptable. I requested to speak with the manager, Greg, but was told they didn’t know when he would have time to call. After multiple follow-ups, Greg finally contacted me, only to confirm that they would not repair my car, despite the damage being caused by their equipment. I even reached out to senior management, but no one bothered to respond. It is clear that this company does not care about its customers. The good service you receive on your first visit quickly disappears once you become a member. If anything happens to your car, you’re left to handle it on your own. As a Senior Manager in a large corporation, I understand the importance of addressing customer concerns before they escalate publicly. The lack of responsibility and communication from Googie is concerning, and it’s evident that they do not value their customers. I hope the management at Googie will reconsider their approach to customer service and take responsibility for the damage their equipment caused. - - - - My REPLY to your message below - - - - Thank you for finally responding. However, I must clarify that I was never invited to return to review the camera footage or to discuss the matter further, so there was no offer for me to decline. This is the first time I’m hearing about such an opportunity, and it’s unfortunate that you didn’t give me a call to inform me earlier. Lisandra mentioned that the footage shows how your tire polish caused the side skirt of my car to come loose. Greg tried to claim it was already loose and suggested I simply push it back into place. However, it was not loose, and despite my efforts, I’ve been unable to secure it. There is no damage on my car, and if you are referring to the paint at the front, that issue is unrelated to the damage caused by your tire shine on the left side. Last week, I sent you a “Notice of Intent to Pursue Legal Action,” and I intend to file on Day 10 as indicated in the letter. Should you wish to discuss this further, feel free to give me a call. Staff was very friendly. But this was far and away the worst car wash I have ever had. It ripped a piece of rubber off the roof of my car. It pushed my mirror out to the point where it almost broke. And the worst part about it. The water was coming down so hard that it chipped the paint all over the hood of my car.

This place completely ruined our car! Initially, when we spoke with the manager, they assured us they would take care of the issue. But later, they called us back, refused to take responsibility, and denied the incident altogether. We're appalled by how they handled the situation and told us to use our own insurance to cover the damage caused by their machine. The employees here are unethical, and whoever runs this business clearly doesn’t care about customer service or the reputation of their company. After this incident, I noticed many reviews from others who experienced the same thing, and I deeply regret not reading the reviews before purchasing their membership. Don’t let them damage your car!

Louis was absolutely amazing!!! He had such awesome customer service and was very informative and gave me a lot of information on the different car wash packages they have and helped me decide which one I want to get. They also have vacuums for you to use and they are great and have great suction to get your carpets and seats really clean. I am definitely a new customer for good and I get a LOT of car washes. ⭐ ZERO Stars if i Could– Furious, Betrayed, and Still Dealing With the Damage I cannot stress this enough: DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. CAR. HERE. This place didn’t just ruin my day — they damaged my car and then acted like I didn’t exist. After going through the wash, I came home to find fresh, unmistakable dents on my car door and damage to my tire/rim. I drove back, assuming they’d at least own up to it and start a report. Big mistake. Instead, I was met with blank stares, denial, and total refusal to accept any responsibility. They wouldn’t even give me an incident report number or explain what happens next. No apology. No paperwork. No professionalism. Since then, I’ve called multiple times — not once have they answered. I’ve even gone back in person, only to be brushed off again and again. Audry, Andrew, and Lisa have all been contacted — and yet nothing. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. This place is the definition of shady, negligent, and cowardly. They will happily take your money, damage your car, and pretend it never happened. You’ll be left dealing with repairs and stress while they hide behind locked doors and voicemails. This wasn’t just bad service — this was outright disrespect and evasion. 🚨 Do yourself a favor: RUN, don’t walk, away from this place. If you care about your car, your sanity, or basic human decency — GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
