I had a bird poop remnant stain and scratches from a drive-through car wash on my dark blue car. I'd only had the car for 2 months, I was devastated. I used the Google "Get a Quote" button online from the Beach Cities Auto Detail. I wasn't expecting a response for a while, they weren't open until the following day, so I was really surprised to hear from Nate @ Beach Cities almost immediately. He said the shop was closed but he'd planned on going down anyways & to come by. Nate was down to earth, straight forward, and his pricing was fair and reasonable. He didn't try to up-sell me at all, in fact I had to keep inquiring as to what the next step-up in service would be. When I picked up my car, the scrapes and stains I'd been crying over hours before were completely gone; it looked great! And he did it on HIS DAY OFF! I highly recommend Beach Cities Auto Detail! Nate was able to accommodate a job for me on short notice, and did an incredible job. He was fully transparent with his pricing, and did not try to up-charge for anything (as I've experienced with other detailers in the past). Nate and his crew took their time, and made my car look like new inside and out after a 2500+ open-carry across the country. I absolutely 100% recommend Nate and his crew for auto detailing as well as all the other things they have to offer! My car had gotten rain water in it and mold started growing all over the inside and Nate gladly took it in and helped me out. My car is absolutely spotless. He even used an ozone layer to kill any and all smells in my car. I am more than pleased with his work and will absolutely send anyone that needs car detailing to his shop.

Had a great experience bringing in my new car to get the Ceramic Pro gold package and PPF on the front bumper. I posted a question on their site and Nate, the owner, got right back to me. Absolutely blown away by the work Nate and Lucas did on my STi. Nate was super helpful as far as working out the right options for me (My car is my daily and while I like it, it is not and will never be a show car). I wound up with the gold package and ppf on my front bumper. I collected the car today and it looks a million bucks. They also coated the wheels and tidied up the paint. Will absolutely be back, although hopefully I can keep this car for a while now. Thankyou.

Beach Cites Auto Detail does some fine work. I brought my car in for water damage because of a convertible top leak. Credit to them it was kind of a tough process because when I picked up my car the first time the convertible top no longer worked. They worked with my insurance and got my car fixed at no additional cost. This is an honest shop that does fine work. What more can you ask. Having trouble deciding which shop to go with. Stop. Take your car to Beach Cities Auto Detail.

Nate and his team at Beach Cities Auto Detailing did a FANTASTIC job on my Highlander. The paint was in poor shape but they brought it back to new looking. MY HIGHLANDER GLEAMS NOW. I am extremely pleased with the work Nate and co. did on my 2001 Corvette! A couple of months ago, there was an unfortunate incident that resulted in soapy water drying on my car. As a result, my poor vette was scarred with water deposits on the hood, roof and rear end. After being unable to remove the splotches with several washings, I decided to get professional help. Nate never pressured me while I was in the process of gathering quotes and provided competitive pricing, compared to the other businesses I contacted. When I was ready to pull the trigger, I got an appointment within a week (The job took about six hours, so it was almost an entire day of work). My corvette looks brand new! The water splotches, as well as all the minor scratches on my car have been completely removed. The ceramic coating was applied flawlessly, and all the details (wheels, exhaust, etc.) look absolutely gorgeous. I'm very happy with the work which was done, and Nate was courteous and polite through out the entire process. I would strongly recommend Nate and his crew to anyone looking for detailing services!

Was really excited for my new truck and to have it protected. Now I wish I never called beach cities auto detail where there is no attention to detail. I’ve given this place so many chances to make things right, but they were unprofessional, and failed to fix the issues. Took my brand new truck in for ceramic coating right after I bought it. After beach cities did the first wash and I took it home, I noticed several spots/stains and scratch/swirl marks on my truck. When I simply asked Nate, the owner, about this, he was quick to say it was there already, it was the weather, bad paint, from previous washes (on a brand new truck?), and of all things it was my fault. I was blown away. I think most businesses would be like, ‘whoa, that’s not right, come down and we’ll take a look for you’. But when I went down, the owner threw a fit running around cursing and mumbling things. As if I came in upset and yelling which was not at all the case. In the end after many calls listening to excuses and randomly odd outbursts, he admitted to doing a bad job and wanted me to come back to have a color correction, and reapplication of ceramic pro at my expense. What type of place operates like this?

Tint came out awesome 😎 Got all the glass on my Golf tinted. I had some very minor concerns after the initial install. I brought it up to Nate and he immediately told me to bring it back in to have it fixed. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. Also had my bike detailed/ceramic coated and it came out awesome.

This is the fourth time I've brought a car to Beach Cities, and the first time for my newest baby. I had the hood and bumper wrapped with PPF, the rest ceramic-coated, and the windows tinted all in one stop. Lucas was professional and informative. Scheduling was easy, with good communication and follow-through. The price is fair for high-quality work that sets me up for years of easy and effective car care. In a world where everything seems to be going downhill and most companies cut corners on customer service and satisfaction, Beach Cities is one business that has consistently maintained high standards and quality over the years. Initially, I had a great experience with Nate and his crew when they tinted my Mercedes Sprinter conversion van. The tint looked excellent, and I thanked Nate personally when I picked it up. Once I got home, I discovered significant damage on the driver and passenger door panels that had been removed for the tinting. The panels were pulling away from the door frames. Four clips on each door were either missing or broken. Three bolt-covering end caps were missing and the rest were installed incorrectly. A bolt was missing from the passenger panel. The plastic was scratched and jagged where it had been pried off, and the black rubber pillar window seals had razor-blade cuts. I even found a razor blade left inside my seat. I contacted Nate that same day with photos and videos. He would not take my calls, but he did text to apologize and offered to repair the damage. He explained that his most experienced tech had called out and two younger techs worked on my van. I agreed to give them the opportunity to correct it. Days went by with no follow-up. After multiple messages, Nate said his expert tech had “fallen off the face of the earth” and suggested his “plastic guy” repair the damaged panels. I was skeptical, but he promised to schedule the repair soon. Then more days passed with no communication. At no point would he speak to me on the phone. After eight days, I went to the shop in person. Nate was not there, but his brother inspected the van and agreed the work was unacceptable, especially the cut window seals. He assured me they would make things right and said refunding the tint cost was the least they should do. A week has passed since then with no response. I had to take the van to the Mercedes dealership. They confirmed missing and damaged clips and improper reinstallation. They also said the damaged seals should remain watertight but are visibly compromised. I paid $350 for the tint and $758.13 out-of-pocket to have the panels repaired. The seals remain damaged. I genuinely liked Nate and his brother. Their shop is clean and they seem to care about quality. However, ignoring a customer after damaging their vehicle is unacceptable. There is another review describing a similar situation tied to personal issues Nate was having. That may explain things, but it does not excuse the lack of accountability. The tint quality was great, but if anything goes wrong, do not expect them to stand behind their work.
