A HUGH, HUGH, HUGE THANK YOU for NOT price gouging your 1ounce antibacterial hand gel. Limited amount, 10, which is very generous. I had found a couple of 1 ounce antibacterial hand sanitizer at Walmart, they wanted $7.95 each. I walked away without purchasing. It’s horrible to take advantage of consumers in a health crisis. Thank you for having integrity and doing the right thing.

It's okay. Not liking the new scents. I go when I have coupons or candles on sale. I am older feel like the scents are more for younger people. I still go but just do not near as much as use to.

This store is quit awesome.. they have everything you need, from body creams to scented candles that by the way smell really good, they last a long time too leaving your house smelling delicious.. the shower gels are a must.. I like the car fragrance, theres nothing like driving on a good smelling car.. Customer service is excellent, Krystal is awesome

One of my favorite stores to shop at. The staff is always pleasant and nice. They are more than willing to assist you if you have any questions or can't find anything. I go here every time i go to the mall. The store is always clean, a little cramped walking through the store but other than that it's great!

I placed an online order. It was rather large (23) items. 3 wick candles, bath wash, wallflowers They missed 1 candle and 1 bath wash wrong items I called and was told to bring wrong items and paperwork. Corrected both and so sweet about it all. I wasn’t upset. Just wanted what I originally ordered. Super customer service Multiple apologies. Super Ladies!

The employees who were at this store on November 2 were so professional and level headed when the mall was put on lockdown for a shooter in the parking lot. My husband, our 7 month old son, and I were about to the leave the store when the employees shut the gate and ushered all the patrons to the back of the store for an emergency. The ladies stayed very calm and professional even tho I know they had to be worried. They were so accommodating and even offered water and snacks for everyone locked down in the store. They selflessly kept checking on everyone and we really felt taken care of during this unnerving time of uncertainty. I can’t thank these ladies enough for jumping into action to protect their customers! Thank yall again from the bottom of this mama’s heart.

Bath and Body Works is a nice place to visit, especially during their semi annual sales. The staff is always polite and helpful. They have a wide variety of scents, and you can find them in sprays, candles, lotions, and body washes (to name a few). It is fun to browse and see what new items they have.
