Did a nice job on the exterior, kind of confused what the interior cleaning I paid for actually covered since there was still dirt and dust in the cupholders, on the dash, the seats etc. My car was already very clean to begin with so I was expecting it to be pretty spotless. Would return for an exterior only wash though.

On Friday 6/21/2024 at around 11:30AM, my spouse took our vehicle into this location for an inside and outside wash. He had left the keys for the vehicle and another set of keys (different vehicle, house keys for multiple properties) inside as well. The second set of car keys has now gone missing. Granted, bad on him for leaving them in there… but bad on the company and employees that removed them from the vehicle. I don’t know if they thought it was funny or if they had poor intentions. I now have to rekey a vehicle ($500+) and rekey 2 homes ($200+). Use caution when choosing this business…

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I just wrapped my car about a month ago and I had the most anxiety getting a hand car wash for the first time. I’m meticulous with detail and how careful people are with my car so I was extremely nervous trusting a car wash to treat my new vinyl wrap with proper care. ⸻ The note is way too high for the services they provide. So I got there, they told me for a pickup truck it’s $55, we shook hands, and I went into the waiting room. When they came in to ask for my keys, I asked if they clean the trunk. They told me no, because I had stuff in it. I said I’d take everything out so they could wash it, and I went out and removed everything (it wasn’t even dirty). When it came time to pay, they told me $67 because the trunk was not included in the $55 price. I went outside, and damn, it was dirty. They told me it was a “cement stain.” I wiped it off with my foot right in front of them. I didn’t want to argue anymore because they had a negative attitude. I was thinking to give them 2 stars because the interior was done well, but I realize now that even 2 is too high for the quality they provide. That’s why I’ll give them 1 star.
