I’ve brought my car here a few times now and have always had a good experience. They have done more detailed cleaning than the most places in San Antonio and Austin area.

I’m honestly not sure how this place got the reviews it did.I world give a negative star if I could. I took my car in for detailing, citing specific areas I wanted to make sure were cleaned. I was assured by the owner/manager Juan that it would get cleaned. I get it back and it’s still dirty. Like, it looked like it was hardly cleaned. Areas of the car were completely untouched and dirty like the driver door console which had the original visible gunk. They did wash the seats as I had asked - which looked very similar to how I left them and parts of the seat were now hard and stiff for some reason. When I realized how dirty it still was (inside and out), I took it back and the owner/manager assured me he would clean it again himself. Well, I get it back and it’s STILL not clean and now had Armor All sloppily smeared on the interior. I point out all the areas that were still dirty and was able to clean the areas myself by wiping with baby wipes I had in the car. Juan then began giving me excuses and said that they did their best considering “how old” my car is (2013 Honda Accord). I then responded by telling him that I was able to clean many areas myself with sensitive skin. The car could have easily been cleaned had they tried. Then he said, “Well, we did it as fast as we could for you.” When I left it off I told him I was going to have lunch at a restaurant down the street and that I wasn’t in a hurry. I made sure to tell him to take as long as they needed. I then told him, “I guess I have a different idea of what detailing means, which to me means cleaning.” Then he said, “Well for what you paid we did our best.” I told him that I paid for a detail and you didn’t provide the service I paid for. While I was there I saw that there was no other car and five other employees standing and sitting around. So it’s not like they didn’t have enough employees or time. I told him that I didn’t appreciate him offering excuses for work I paid for. I could have excused overlooking a detail here or there but this was a sloppy job both times and then he starts making excuses for work he knows was bad. This is just bad and unethical business practice. I should have picked up on the red flag that they only take cash or CashApp. That’s always a shady sign to me. I know a hustle when I see one and that’s what this place is. I wanted to support a small local business but now, unfortunately, I have to pay again for a proper detailing and will likely go to a chain or dealership. As a single mother to a toddler, I don’t have money to waste and “gave myself” this detailing as a Christmas gift to myself, only to be greatly disappointed. When I told my experience to someone who works at a business down the street from them he said, “That’s why they’re so cheap.” Yup. Lesson learned. The irony is that they were blasting the Christian station K-LOVE. All I can say is that your lies make baby Jesus cry. 😢 Update: After a few days, I see that the chemical they used on my console and plastic ruined the material. My silver edging on my console area is now severely cracked and the plastic is all dull. They ruined my interior. Wow. I called to tell Juan what happened and he apologized. I just hope no one gets scammed like I did.

My husband gets my car cleaned here every other week, I appreciate the service, price, and hard work that goes into washing my car. This car wash is Premo, it's uplifting the community and they deserve the business. Thank you.

Wow! I hardly recognised my car when they finished with it! It arrived at B&B a dull, flat off-white and left bright, shining, and ultra-white. Sparkling clean, inside and out. I know for a fact that some of the nooks and crannies they cleaned and polished hadn't been washed since the day in 2010 my car was made! Outstanding work! Friendly, helpful staff. I'll never go back to running my car through those automated car washes as long as B&B is around.

Great fast service and great people -- from the owner to every guy that cleaned my car better than any other hand wash place before and 3 times as fast.

Joseph and team represent a nearby ministry with this business. Pricing is extremely reasonable for this service. At the time of this writing, 65 for small-mid, 95 for large to truck (full detail- there is a much cheaper quick wash). Plan to drop off for 2 hours for this service. My rims were spotless, interior was cleaned by hand, every surface shined. Months of travel (west TX dust, crushed leaves, endless dog hair) was removed from all surfaces. What you’re not getting: shampooed mats, shined leather, new car scent, or the right to walk around your car pointing out spots missed by the hand-wash crew for them to shine up on command. Go pay $260 at Washtub if you want all that. What you are getting is a spotless interior (clean your trash/stuff out of cargo areas if you want them cleaned) and a great looking exterior from a business that appreciates you. Bring $10-20 to put in the jar- they divide it evenly at the end of the week.
