So today I went to buy a bleeding kit for this repair I was performing on my truck. I was looking around because I didn't know where it was kept and this staff member asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me where it was at. There were two options, and I had questions about the length of the tubes since I was working on a slave cylinder. The employee seemed as if now I was bothering him with my silly questions. Still I thanked him and proceeded to head to the check out. Now as a member, for every purchase above a certain amount you gain points which also gives rewards which I absolutely love. So I decided to buy something more to get the points. Since I was lent a car while repairing my own I decided to show my gratitude by removing the oxidation to his paint, wax and polish it. Now I was looking for something to help remove the oxidation when another employee showed up and asked if I needed any help. I explained the job, the points, asked for advice and what I had done so far and he started rolling his eyes, grabbed his phone and started checking it, was looking towards the cash registers stood behind me to where I had to look behind me instead of at the products, which really I was looking at clay to try and to be honest it probably would of been an easy sell but the interaction was completely wrong so I walked away. He grabs the break bleeding kit from me saying he's hold it in front for me. Which I thought was weird but whatever. Still on a mission to hit my mark of over 25$, so I looked at decals, then thought maybe battery terminals since my negative was always loose, but the one I picked was for marine so I put it back. Then another employee asked me where the product I had was and if i put it back. I asked where else would I put it and he started telling me how I disappeared around the corner and I didn't have it in my hands anymore. Mind you, the place the battery terminals were, was exactly around the corner he says I "disappeared". I told the employee to look at the cameras if he had any questions about my actions. I was now pissed but still looking for something to buy. Settled for a fabric spray. Went to pay for my stuff and it's like the employee helping me was waiting for something to happen. He was so slow giving me my change of 18 cents, I asked to speak to the manager. I was told it'd be a min since he was helping another customer but I was over hearing him talking to someone about what sounded like personal stuff. Decided to call corporate. Bottom line. I set out today to just buy a few things not be treated like a thief. I will continue to shop at AutoZone but never again at this store.

Wanna be car girly who doesn’t even know how to change her windshield wipers😭 I went through self check out and tried to put new ones on by myself for 30 minutes.
