The Autozone on Grafton Street was extremely helpful. My battery died in my vehicle and was still under warranty. I had purchased at the Park Ave store. I went there to have it switched out and was told by the first person that they wouldn’t do that because it was too cold. It was over 35 degrees that day so yes it was cold but my battery was also under warranty from them. The next person there said he would do it but they didn’t have any replacement batteries for me in stock and the store on Grafton Street did. I drove to Grafton Street and the employee helped me without any problems at all. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I got the part number and called the Park Ave store to see if they had any in stock because I felt like they were lying to me. Turns out they had 7 in stock but just didn’t want to change my battery. Great experience on Grafton Street. Terrible on Park Ave

Joe was awesome. I had a problem with an after market intake in my truck. Joe and Joe were professional and helped me work theu the issue while attending to other customers. I appreciate Joe and Joe for helping me and going the extra mile. They didn't have too. They have my business now. I have a little more faith in autozone as a company. Thanks Joe. What’s going on with this location and employees. 30 minutes of repeatedly calling only to immediately be put on hold. it’s been an hour and they keep putting calls on hold horrible service. Get people who wants to work. is anyone managing this place

Worst parts store ever after waiting 10 minutes for someone to help me I had to go find what I wanted no one has a clue what they are doing they just want to talk to there friends and can't be bothered with real customers go to O'Reilly auto parts then may not be the best but at least they try

Tall black fella with glasses told me I owed him 36.75 for an oil filter I had pre ordered for pick up. I paid $10 through Apple Pay and the purchase was complete. At first I said “yes” just to see if he had made a mistake. But he returned to the counter and said “36.75”. I said “I think I pre paid.” He says “no this order isn’t pre paid.” I then pull out my phone to look up the email. He then goes “oh yea you’re all set it’s paid for.” So watch out at this location.

On 12/2/2025, I went to AutoZone on Park Ave to have my battery tested. When I walked in and asked for that service I was told "we don't test batteries when it's snowing." I said are you serious, no worries I'll go somewhere else. Mind you it was snowing but not to that extreme. I drove myself right to O'Reilly's located at 315 Grove St and not ONLY did they test my battery they ALSO put it in for me on "this SNOWY day. You missed out on a $278 purchase. Needless to say I won't be spending any money with AutoZone moving forward. If you need any auto parts or your battery tested, rain, sleet or snow they'll test it and install it!!! Clock that! Thank you O'Reilly's your service was top tier! I'll be back to purchase brakes and rotors!!

a young kid with long blonde curly hair offered to test my battery for me while i was in a state of panic, my car wouldn't start and it could not leave the parking lot, meanwhile it's snowing out, he took my battery out put it to charge for me and put it back in, i was good to go he had great customer service towards me. recommended park ave then any other...

I went inside to get assistance on purchasing and installing windshield wipers at 7pm. The associate Rodney (he mumbled his name when I asked for it) tall with glasses. He said "we can only help if there's tip given" then he said "we can't help you when it's night time." I told him idk what I'm doing and it's snowing outside and I have my 2 small children in the car and I need help please. He said I needed to wait or I can go somewhere else. Thank god there was a nice stranger who saw me crying standing outside trying to figure it out and helped me. I'm very unhappy with my experience this evening and to make me pay tip just to get help. My situation is difficult as it is but I'm trying to make it everyday that I can. I would of definitely tipped but not as an obligation.

Wasted my time. My check engine light came on and they didn’t even look at it seriously, just told me my car is “too new to have problems”. They did a one second scan and didn’t tell me the diagnostic (3B Auto was actually transparent about what’s wrong with my car and showed me the code). When I told them to look at the check engine light, they told me they believe me but there’s nothing they can do to help. Please do better next time.

I just have to say that I absolutely love this auto zone and their employees. There is a young man with blonde curly hair who works there and always helps me with my car everytime I need help. It was snowing the other day and this young man helped me change my battery in the middle of the snow storm with no complaints. He is very respectful and helpful. He goes out of his way to help out any customer that walks through the door…!!!!!!! Kudos auto zone for hiring great employees…!!!! I am a forever customer.!

This auto parts store is easy to get to, always has everything I need, provides great customer service and has parking. Everytime I go I find something new. This time I found kids toys. I was able to easily find my replacement windshield wipers and the staff checked to confirm I go the correct wipers. I really like the fun car accessories like decal and fuzzy dice. Today I noticed mechanics gloves and adapters for blue tooth for older cars. There are also great sales and a clearance rack.
