I bought some headlights and asked for assistance to make sure I was getting the correct ones and for assistance in replacing them. Tom, the manager, was very knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond helping me and I will definitely recommend this store to others for their auto part needs.

The customer service was amazing. They helped me find the part i was looking in less than 1 minute. The store was very clean and organized. Very pleasant environment. I have never gotten this great of customer service from oreilly's or advance.

Went in to buy wiper blades and found no one to help me find the right ones. Asked a lady at the counter who was busy talking on her cell phone and she told me to come around and look at her screen which told me the ones to select. Went over and got them and returned to ask her if they were the right ones and she said "Maybe they'll work". Threw them down in disgust and walked out. Horrible customer service, just horrible! Went to O'Reilly's and they picked out the correct ones and installed them.

i didn’t catch the associates name, but the irish gentleman with glasses and plaid face mask was very kind to me. he greeted me promptly, showed me to the correct power steering fluid i needed, and taught me a little about what i was purchasing and how to put it in my vehicle. he was extremely kind and helpful. he helped me as if he was teaching one of his own children :)

I went in today for a service on a dodge charger simple replace a bad battery ON WARRANTY for a new one, the older gentleman thought it was okay to not only be rude but disrespectful and hostile towards me and my family!

I am so impressed with the service I got from Brandy! The battery in my Nissan Pathfinder was dead and I needed a new one. However, the battery sits oddly and is tie barred into the car with a metal brace. Her manager said they would have to call someone from another shop to do it. Meanwhile, Brandy started prepping everything and then started unscrewing things and BAM! Just like that she had it done! Thank you so much Brandy for everything!!!

Went in for wiper blades. Everyone was friendly and helpful which can be a rarity in retail around here. Pricing was just about what Amazon was. Free installation (yes it’s easy but I was feeling lazy). I will be back next time and hopefully things won’t change.

SAD........ Trying to check out and the blonde hair manager said about 6 times they will be with us. And the trainee was like she the boss and the blonde lady said they can wait.... sorry sweetie but standing in line and no help so I called my friend from another autozone to ask about what I needed and waiting In kine again to head we can wait. You need a self check out or better management that can multi-task and has customer service would be great. A little cleanup would be awesome the store smelled like a land fill not happy one bit sad I really liked autozone this one I will not go to again.

The ladies who helped me were fantastic. Coming from being a PSM myself back in Michigan, I know how this is a male dominated industry, but the manager and the commercial manager rocked it out. Every time I go in, they're helpful, and we have a laugh or two.

Waited & waited on line and had to leave without making my purchase! All they did for me was steal my time. I walked out with nothing. They have 6 check out stations but only one person checking out customers. Good people work here though.

Sam & Claude were great help. I had my 5mo old son with me, and while Sam took my information for the battery charging, Claude went and grabbed the battery from my car. They both made my son and I feel very welcomed.

I bought something there 25 minutes ago, and the man who supposedly served me was rude and arrogant. I don't understand what he does in customer service. I had to ask the manager to come over so I wouldn't have to put up with his attitude anymore! Terrible service, and it's really bad that one person can affect the entire store. I won't be back.

Went there on 12/31/25 to get my battery checked the young guy did check it then I asked him to check my alternator he told me he couldn't check it unless it was off the car. That is false. Went to o' Reilly and had no problem what so ever.
