I had a few different things to get done on two different vehicles and Tim was knowledgable and helpful with everything I needed. He not only talked me through the process for replacing one of the parts on my truck, but when I installed a new battery in my other vehicle he came out and helped with the install. I went to this Auto Zone today with a dead battery. James and Michael went above and beyond to help me. They tested the old battery to ensure it was indeed beyond saving then gave me an array of options to choose from for a replacement. Then they installed the new battery in my vehicle. I have a Honda Odyssey so replacing the battery isn't easy. It gives me great comfort to know I have a place to go when I need help with my vehicle.

I was so disappointed by that store. I never thought that racism towards Latino people existed in this day and age. I have gone there several times and have been treated poorly by a person who works there. I honestly don't know his name, but I do know his description. He is an older man who wears his hair long in a braid. I don't know if he is Native American or Chicano. The truth is that he speaks Spanish and that is why I respectfully went to him to ask for a replacement part and he made a bad gesture and made a bad comment in English. I don't speak the language but I understand it and I had heard from other people about the poor treatment that this man gives to customers. There was a woman at the site who told me to report the racism to the authorities. We hope that the new Meridian store has qualified personnel to serve customers.

Turned my whole day around; Dusty deserves a raise!! After employees at Jiffy Lube broke the part of my headlight needed to unscrew, Dusty stood outside with me in the cold and tried every method to get that light unscrewed and replaced. It was not easy and I fully expected anyone else to give up, but he did not. Excellent service.

Such a pleasant experience! I had a number of tasks to complete and the staff there were lights out in helping me accomplish. I know what I'm doing and they helped me find products and suggested newer material that could make my life easier. The staff members Lilith and Mars were courteous, professional and gave a human connection that made it a great experience. I will happily go back because of that great customer experience from those two AutoZone employees; bravo.

so here's the story my car broke down and I pulled into the first place I could find wich happened to be an alley you didnt want to be in so I needed a hose for my thermostat in my BMW 535i and I really needed it because two of the near by people had already made complaints so I was pretty sure I was going to be towed so I hike my butt down to auto zone and ask if the have the part I needed to my horror they did not at this point in the story I'm going to have to introduce to James ,james gives you the impression that he needs the part as bad as you do so he quickly found the part at the other store but it was 6:30 and there delivery guys had all gone what does James do he starts hustling his butt on the phone and figures a way to get one of the guys there to bring it to me and that's what happened ,it was a totally a experience right out of the past back when people who worked at these stores actually understood customer service if James doesn't get a raise I'd would surprise because he somebody all these other people who don't know much can learn from

Huge shoutout to Mars for helping me with a battery replacement today. What should’ve been simple turned into a more labor-intensive job thanks to corrosion and some weird terminal issues, but she was incredibly patient, persistent, and kind the whole time. She worked hard to get the old battery off and made sure the new one was installed properly, without me needing to go to Ford for expensive replacement parts. Really great customer service and such a positive experience. Thank you, Mars!
