I purchased a duralast 2.5 ton Jack about 2 years ago and and it blew out! I didn't get the gentleman's name who helped me but he was very helpful. I purchased the jack on North Street about 2 years ago. There was an issue with the Jack not showing up under my name using my phone number -not sure why. When I looked online Autozone has the jack listed with a lifetime warranty but on the box it said one year warranty so I was confused. In any event the gentleman helping me honored the lifetime warranty off the internet and replace the jack. I explained - I'm going to need a jack. I'm driving a truck with 113,000 miles and the repairs are starting up. I was there about 3 weeks ago and another gentleman helped me with my rotors, he suggested duralast Gold - the rotors are great. This is the best store in the state of Connecticut for customer service. That's what it's about keeping customers happy....

I needed help find and the manager was behind the counter, doing something and not helping anybody so I asked. He didn’t even look up at me and pointed me in the wrong direction and then when went back andI asked him again, the product was right in front of him. Aside from the jerk who hated his job, they didn’t have grease. What kind of auto parts store doesn’t have grease? Don’t bother go to Levine.

Steven helped me with finding the right battery and making sure it was done correctly. He went above and beyond on a cold night near closing to to make sure I was a satisfied customer and would make it home safe. I will definitely be back!

Either they never have anything. Don’t know anything. Or make things more difficult. Avoid at all costs. I keep going here then ending up at O’Reillys. Just a huge waste of time. Each and every time. Manager was rude on top of everything else.

Vincent was great! I tried to steal a knife and he asked me what was a trying to do... He then proceeded to teach me how that wasn't right and how I should do good things instead. He was so courteous and friendly, and I felt so ashamed of myself that I apologized and asked him for a broom and, here I am, sweeping the store parking lot for free just to show him how much I appreciate his teachings. Once I'm done, i plan to follow him until Sunday morning just to learn what church he goes to and join whatever religion he practices. Thanks Vinny!!!

I know that no business is perfect. You cannot make everyone happy, but this place is one of the worst customer service you can find, for the third time I had the worst experience in this place! if you wonder why I'm writing this, just go there and you will find out! autozone was my favorite place, not anymore.

My car's battery died at my office, and this was the closest place to go for a replacement after we jump-started it. I couldn't be happier with the quick, efficient, and friendly service I got at AutoZone. Steve went out to my car to verify the correct replacement and then removed the old battery and installed the new one in just a few minutes... a task that would've taken me over an hour I'm sure, as 2 sections of engine compartment molding had to be removed and re-installed in the process. Thanks for the great service, Steve!

Just stopped into this location for my first time and will definitely go back if I need anything for my car. I desperately needed new wiper blades for my 2013 Honda Civic and the gentleman whom assisted me was very helpful & personable and he gladly swapped out my old wiper blades for me. Unfortunately, my sales receipt doesn't have his name on it, but hopefully this review will find its way to both him and his location manager! Thank you! 😊

I was very happy with the help given to me from Angelo. He installed my battery and recommended I get a new wire clamp due to corrosion. Angelo was friendly and had a lot of knowledge. The best customer service I’ve had anywhere from anyone in a long time! Thank you Angelo!

The store really needs to update their hours if they are going to be closing shop 10 minutes before 10PM. I came at 9:50 and knocked on their door and they turned me away. All I needed was a quick thing, I even knew where it was. This was on 06/27/2024. Terrible service, meanwhile you see the cashier at the cash register chilling on his phone. Ridiculous. Due to long work hours this was the only time I could make it on that day, and I came from far away - it was the nearest auto zone to me. I even called them and they did not pick up.

Horrible customer service by Patrick at the main street location. This location is usually great and super helpful. Patrick said no I we can't help you before I even finished explaining. I will not be back to this location because of his lack of customer service.

I've been there twice, early in the afternoon and at night, with different staff; however, same high-quality customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The last time I went was around 5:30 p.m. They were pretty busy; yet, they found the time to help me with everything I needed in a timely manner. I wasn't just buying stuff. I needed a battery test and replacement.

I ordered parts online and waited 3 hours before I arrived at the Danbury location. I knew I was in trouble when I heard the voice reminder behind the counter say, "Online order, please pick." After waiting in line for 40 minutes while the counter staff was talking to someone about upgrades on their car, they had no clue how to tell if there was an online order. Then random people were coming in going behind the counter to talk to staff, ignoring that I was there. Stay away from the Danbury locations. The online parts availability is wrong as this is not my first time dealing with them. I ended up driving a 90-minute round trip and went home with none of the parts I ordered.

I came here because I desperately needed new windshield wipers, and it isn't too far from my job. I have used Rain X wipers for years, so I was hoping they had them here. I didn't see anyone to ask when I went inside, but I quickly found them as this location isn't big. Since I didn't remember the size I needed, I had to find someone who could assist me. I saw someone stocking a shelf in the next aisle, so I asked him, and he told me to go to the cashier. I went to the cashier, and he put in my car's specs and then showed me the options I had for wipers along with the sizes I would need. Oddly, the computer was giving me options for the wipers with the hook and the clips and I wasn't sure which ones I needed, normally I bring my car to my mechanic and he has the Rain X wipers that I need. I asked the guy at the cash register if he knew which ones I would need, and he said, "If you don't know which ones you need, how will I?" Ummm, isn't that your job to know or find out if you don't, I definitely wouldn't be in here asking you if I knew. I won't be going back there EVER!

We decided to go here, because we needed some parts for our trailer because DOT at the weigh station made our trailer out of service so we weren’t able to find the battery we needed, but we got all the other items we needed

Do not trust inventory, called had an employee put an item on hold, came from 1 state over, they don't have the part. Find a different auto parts store.

They couldn't find something they supposedly had in their inventory, so they sent me to the other autozone "one mile away." I swore I would never return, but mistakenly ordered something to this store 2 years later. Once again they couldn't find it even though the website confirmed it had arrived there. So once again they referred me to the more competent autozone "one mile away." The kicker is that they also sent the guy ahead of me in line to that autozone too.
