The new manager here is gonna run this place out of business. Waited 20-30 mins just to go through the washer after then letting me know their machine is broken and I can’t get a refund.

Went to this car wash on western branch paid 29.99..sat there for 30-45 mins and they hadn’t even touch my truck. I watched them wipe off dry cars..I asked for a refund even offered to just be charged for the ride thru and refund the rest. The manager Jordan told me I could not get a refund and that I either had to just wait or I could leave! VERY RUDE! He has no respect and no urgency to get the cars done. He told me he was the manger and I asked for someone who was over him he said no one was over him n I should leave! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!

I'm happy to report that all of the workers at Auto Bell always work really hard. They literally run from one vehicle to the other. I don't know how they do it. They make sure that your vehicle looks like it just came out of the show room. I have a monthly plan so I go almost every day. Keep up the good work!

I gave a 4 because sometimes it's a hit and miss. I think thats with all the locations I have so far went too. They do good my not good enough, especially with a person like myself that pay attention to detail. Alot of times I have to tell them where they missed spots, or could that get this part or that part, things thats already supposed to be wipe automatically. But all in all they are fine🙂

I definitely love AutoBell!!! This is the place to have your vehicle cleaned when you don't want to do it yourself but, you don't want to spend a load of money. I always get the inside and outside done (including tires)...the service is fast and friendly and they also disinfect the inside.

AutoBell has completely gone downhill. I was a member for over 13 months, paying $64.99 a month, and for what? Terrible service. The inside of my car was never cleaned properly—dust left everywhere, carpets barely vacuumed, and now they have the audacity to charge $5 for a fragrance spray that used to be included. Want your seats vacuumed properly? That’s another $15. It’s a ripoff, plain and simple. What really pushed me over the edge was the blatant disrespect from an employee named Jamari. I specifically asked for the fragrance to be sprayed in my car, and he made it a point to run to four different cars just to make sure it didn’t happen. That level of pettiness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I immediately called corporate, filed a complaint, and demanded that upper management contact me. I also canceled my membership on the spot. I’ve since switched to GreenWash on College Drive—$25 a month, includes everything, and I don’t have to deal with rude employees or pointless upselling. As a funeral director, I also have a fleet of vehicles—and guess what? I’m canceling the fleet membership too. AutoBell lost not just one customer, but an entire fleet because they couldn’t deliver basic customer service. Shameful.

Who says kids these days don't want to work hard? This was my first time here and it was just amazing to watch these young folks in action. They worked like a well oiled machine and were so kind to each other. Kudos to their manager too for finding and hiring and training them. I'll definitely be back and will tell others to come here.

I was greeted as I entered the front of the drive through wash and was serviced quickly. (There were no cars in front of me.) Those who dried and cleaned the interior did a good job. There is a covered, outside waiting area and a small inside waiting area. Keep in mind that this is a car wash and a car detailing place. It is a good wash, but it is not a detail. The location appears to be older and smaller than many Autobell locations, but the wash was done well.
