Auto therapy has been hand washing our SUV for over a year with great results. They initially did a ceramic coat for us which came out fantastic. Obviously it will take a bit longer than a drive through car wash but the attention to detail is worth the time. Highly recommend Jason, Ashley and their team.

Just moved from Honolulu to ABQ. There’s a lot of dirt in these here parts 😁 Best detailer EVER! I mean it was immaculate!!!!! Granted the car is only a year old, so it can go back to looking brand new quite believably, but it looked so grubby and dirty when they started it didn’t seem likely. I’m just about to book the service again, so I can only offer the before pictures at the moment. Such a great treat to yourself and your car, and reasonably priced at that—you won’t regret making this choice.

After getting great service 3 years ago from the mobile unit, I recently went back to them for both of my cars. At one of these times they needed to cancel the same day due to equipment issues. The other time, there was significant paste wax remaining on the vehicle and the inside windshield was still hazy. The quality was lacking. To top it off, I recently stopped by to use the in person car wash hoping to have the remaining wax removed, while the employees seemed to be working hard onsite, the manager declined to honor a gift certificate that was over a year old. No where on the gift certificate did it say that there was an expiration date, just a ‘date’. In some sense I understand not honoring the more than year old certificate with respect to tracking finances, but in today’s pandemic world it seems that many businesses have been graciously honoring such things due to people delaying getting things done.

I used auto therapy for the first time as I traveled from out of state into Albuquerque New Mexico, I had traveled with my pets so unfortunately the back of my SUV had some pet hair. Milton made my SUV look like it was fresh off the lot “ freshly purchased” . I honestly didn’t expect him to get all of the pet hair as to I know how hard it is to remove pet hair and I also did not disclose that there was gonna be pet hair Upon making the appointment, he was so efficient in the removal, and also the Initial cleanup of the car. I am very pleased with Auto therapy. I highly recommend and I will be using them in the future.

My mom and I got our cars washed by them and our service was great. The owner even showed up to help one of his team wash my car all the way in Bernalillo, that was really nice. The guys did a thorough job detailing my car and engine. The engine looked like it came off the showroom floor. The interior of my 2015 Mazda CX-5 looked new again. My Mazda is spic and span for her road trip! Kudos to the two guys working in the blazing hot sun for six hours! The price was very reasonable. I wasn't disappointed by Auto Therapy! When you're heading north or south on 4th street, turn onto Douglas McArthur and head behind the building to enter into the washing zone. Ashley is very nice. Trash wasn't taken out and smelled up the lobby. Lobby doesnt feel air conditioned. Swamp.

Jason and his entire crew are THE BEST! I’ve been to the car wash on 4th street since they opened and have used his mobile service for years and every single wash or detail has been outstanding! I’m very particular and I can honestly say that they deserve “The Best of Albuquerque” for both their mobile detailing and hand washing at the location. The convenience of them coming out to my work and washing/detailing my car and walking out after work to a sparkling clean car is the best!! Auto therapy has been taking care of my car for around 4 years now. They are truly amazing. It’s incredibly easy to schedule my car washes. I have dogs and with a standard car wash they still remove every hair in the car. Their attention to detail is truly outstanding. They also recently restored my headlamps and did a wonderful job with that too! I would highly recommend them to any one!
