If you use a credit card, it says $3.00, but they charged my card $10.00. And isn't a phone number that you can contact them and complain.

An okay experience that would have been made better if the buttons on the machine--different wash types worked. I found by jamming the button in hard that I finally got it to change state. I could have saved $5 with a garden hose. Maybe just a problem in this bay?

Always clean and everything works!! The owners take great pride this business. It doesn't cost $10 to wash your car. I love Auto Splash Car Wash in White Oak!

I will never use this car wash again. That machine is a rip off. If the machine says $3.00 then that’s what you should be charged, not $10. I spent in total 14.00 and my car is still dirty.

Just take my word for it and stay away from here. It's a ripoff! I was still charged 10.00 even though I never got a car wash. Whoever I talked to on the phone assured me I wouldn't. Don't ever use your credit card here at least. The 3.3 review speaks for itself.

The worst car wash experience I have ever had! Paid for the “3 dollar” service that ended up billing me 12 dollars. On top of that whenever I contacted the owner he refused to refund my 12 dollars unless I met with him. After scrubbing my car with the brush that was included in the wash my car had dirt streaks all over it that would not come out. I had to go to an entire new car wash to get the marks off of my car. Never again!!!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. The hose didn’t work, this place sucks. I paid 6 dollars for nothing. I hope this place gets shut down and the owner is mean.

Still being charged for 2 different locations. Thought is was resolved. But guess what? Happened again for the 3rd month. They said it was cancelled. NOT. Told me it was I signed up through the Corporate Office in Ohio. Never!!!! Live in PA.
