Drive through machine washes don't blow dry anymore and are faulty, one of them charged me for the 10$ premium wash when I selected the 5$ express. During a separate visit the self serving brush wash area charged me 10$ as well for what was supposed to be a $2.50 session. Staff is rude and confrontative. Got grilled at by two staff members for waiting for a closed self service lane that had no indication it was closed aside from a singular yellow cone blocked out of view by a gentleman vacuuming a vehicle. During another separate visit had an emergency with my vehicle after a wash and had to park in an open space to check the engine and turns out it was a spot for the detailing crew, again no signs/cones anything but that staff needed me gone quick for the customers that weren't there. "Manager" is patronizing and dismissive. Claims they've closed the self serving brush portions until six o' clock at night because the detailers are getting wet from the mist when in use. While i'm speaking my opinion they've probably just got tired of refunding people due to their busted card reader they decided to install into the self service brush sections to "keep up with consumer demand". Using quarters worked just fine. I don't write reviews and I don't expect bottle service and a hot towel at the express car wash but there are foundational problems that should not be happening at a business that's been as active and as experienced for the decades they've been there. Wake up and smell the coffee soon before a Pink Bird comes with paper and ink.

I was there today 01-14-23, i pay for a detail exterior and interior clean $69.55. The car was washed though the machine. Here are some pictures from the outside and the inside of the car after i got home. This is beyond expensive for the job they did. Never coming back here again.

Been coming here and it was usually okay for $27. This time I payed extra $5 for some fancy prewash. My car, at the end, had some splashes or whatever chemical they used, front and back, they didn't clean my cup holders at all, lots of dust and dirt left there... I called the manager and they told me "oh it's your paint, whoever did you paint job is bad" lol my car paint was awesome few days ago, and plus my paint couldn't have go bad because there was no sun for the past 3-4 days, just rain, which is why I took my car for a wash. They don't care! I'll never bring my car here again and I'll stick to my own car wash! The way you guys clean, you should clean toilets!!!

I have been a long time customer of Auto Spa, I always give them the benefit of the doubt, always giving them a chance to correct and fix the issues that I find. I took my car for a $50 car wash and when it's all done you can see water marks and spots all over the car on all parts of the body. yes I understand it's water spots but it just came out of the wash and you have six people working on it so when I brought it to Mike the manager's attention he basically acted like he was blind and couldn't see anything I wasn't asking for my money back but I was asking for somebody to take a little bit more time and patience with my vehicle. I mean at the end of the day it's not cheap it's not a $12 7-Eleven car wash now is it. I don't think I will ever go back there I don't think they value there customers. if you can't listen to the customers complaints and problems with a service that they are paying you to provide to them how will you ever become better. Not happy

Ruined my car. I asked for a service to clean two areas they charged me 50 instead of just cleaning it they doused the interior with degreaser and cleaner then they used spray paint on my carpet! left paint splatter all over my black trim and i side my leather seat. My car reeks of spray paint I was shocked that the manager whos is nice man but honestly looked me dead in the eyes and said we do it all the car washes and dealerships do it. Consumers out there if you took your car to a car wash and they were going to need to paint something on your car wouldn't you want to be notified? Do you think it was appropriate to just paint my carpet instead of cleaning like i paid and asked for? My carpet is ruined and my trim is stained my beautiful car now needs the carpet replaced and the seat needs to be removed to clean the “dealer codes spray made for my car that doesnt match” if you need a simple wash and dry its ok but these folks do not have experienced detailers there i spent 60 dollars for total disappointment and to have over 1000 dollars in damage caused to my car.

Ordered The Works. Car came back after approximately 30 minutes. The inside was not vacuumed properly. Floorboard had trash on it and so did the seats...the trunk had not been touched..not vacuumed good at all. I had noticed the man who was taking orders vacuuming out car in front of me, but thought the other workers would finish them. The stuff they put on the dash and doors was sticky and there was lint left on everything they touched.. I spoke with a man who said he was a manager. He took my car back for another 20 minutes. Finally, they called over the PA system. I went out and found my car parked in the driveway by the self serve vacuum area. Still dirty. Nothing had changed. The outside of the car was not wiped down good either. Door jams were nasty, etc. Waste of money. From now on I will wait until Motor City Car Wash isn't so busy! No more Auto Spa! And, yes, I emailed them and included pictures before I posted here. I received no response. They obviously don't care.

I actually am a longtime customer at this place and usually have a pleasant experience. Today I got a normal wash and noticed a large scratch that wasn’t present prior to the wash. The feedback I got from 2 managers was basically nothing we can do and that my car might’ve been to dirty to notice the scratch before. There is no question in my mind this scratch was from today’s car wash. Despite I still use this business. They are friendly, efficient, and well priced.

Do not go here! Owner turned down my Groupon voucher, and wanted charge me $35 extra.I agreed and he still would not serve me. Hopefully, group-on drops him, like a ton of bricks. Wax and Wax did serve me 3 months ago, and the car was in the same condition.

The first do it yourself stall had no wax on the selection panel But having to get more quarters because to start the Wash was $3 and you didn't get a lot of time for $5 The second stall had high pressure wax but nothing came out but water and the tire and engine cleaner nothing came out by air not steam just air I can't speculate on the auto wash or the service there But they should look into a an extra employee just to take care of the do-it-yourself wash bays Even though there's only two of them on a good note they did have hot water coming out of the high pressure rents and the foamy brush worked well even though it over soaped the vehicle But I think that's a given with all car washes so you have to spend more time rinsing it off

STAY AWAY!.....Went for a wash and vacuum, and they ripped my leather seat. I went to talk to the manager when I stated the problem, He got loud right away, very dismissive and said that he didn't do it and that he is not responsible and that if I want to sue him go ahead, He said call the cops there is nothing I can do about it. I ask for his name and He didn't want to tell me, Then I ask for the owner and he said that he is the owner, So I went inside and told the problem to the man working the counter, He told me talk to the manager Mike, So I ask if he is also the owner to what He responded He is not the owner. Then "Mike" came in and said call the cops and sue me if you want so, I did call the cops to do a report and as soon as I call he start closing the shop. Their sign said they open M-F till 5pm. Well yesterday (Tuesday) they close around 3:30-4pm. He left before the officer came. I also ask him to check his equipment to what he just said there is nothing wrong with my equipment he didn't check or show any concern to prevent this from happening to the next costumer. As a Manager he handle the situation terrible and was a horrible experience.

Terrible service. I went today to cancel my subscription because I no longer need the service. They had already washed my truck without any problem, but when I informed them I wanted to cancel, they couldn't find me on their list. I hadn't used their services for over a month because the work they do is truly awful. My 2025 truck had all the seats stained by some product they use. They charged me $40 today just for wanting to cancel. The manager in charge of this got angry; I don't understand how people like him work in customer service. I offered to pay for a single wash for the work they were doing today, and he decided to charge me the full membership fee. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Review is for the automatic car wash. I drive an old beater 1999 car and for $5 this car wash does a good job. Doesn't clean all of the brake dust off the wheels or dry the car 100% but for $5 I really can't complain. The vacuum worked well and was only $1.

I came in for a hand car wash and unfortunately noticed multiple scratches on my vehicle afterward that were not there before. When I tried to speak with the manager to address the issue, he walked away while I was explaining my concern. As he walked away, he stated that my window tint was old and that this was the reason for the scratches. I was disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of customer service, especially since I expected extra care with a hand wash.

This is Their 20 dollar wash...the entire car looked great, However I just got home and looked at my rear bumper.. this is just un acceptable. Called and told to bring it by same day for another wash, But working till 9 today and cant make it..Posting this for a time stamp so they can see the issue when I bring it by tomorrow first thing.
