The signs were very confusing and no one was around to help. I just wanted to vacuum my car but I paid for a car wash anyway because I know they need to make money off the vacuums and I am fine with that. However only 1 vacuum worked and it barely worked. Everything was so dirty I didn’t even like holding the vacuum to clean my car. There was trash everywhere on the ground like it had been there a while. The staff was no help at all.

Staff very polite and were able to help me find my online order for car wash quite promptly. Establishment well kempt. Few issues however - i paid for the full detailing and the console where my coffee spilled last week was still dirty. Secondly, my a/c stopped working after my vehicle was returned to me.

The man directing me just placed me on wrong and you can hear me scratching the bottom of my car throughout the whole experience, there's no one at the end to tell you when to put your car back on drive so my car started to just steer off continuing to scrape. Whole car is still wett by the way its ran by a " assistant manager " who is literally a kid and filled my one of my tires to 51

Happy I stopped here. Will likely make this drive all the way across town to come back for my next wash! I appreciate this place even more bc it's like 100°+ outside so finding places that will do the inside of the car also, vacuuming etc is difficult and its reasonably priced and they do a great job!... added bonus: the people here are really nice. Thank you for everything. I would def recommend this place!!!

I should have read the most recent reviews. I paid over $100 plus tip to have both the exterior and interior detailed and all they did was to vacuum and cover everything with some sort of product that only made the dirt shiny and the excess accumulated on corners. There is no trace of humidity on any of the seats and they are all dirty like before, just vacuumed. When I asked about it they assured it was shampooed. I brought the car immediately back and they returned it 2 minutes later in the same state but they cleaned the windshield better (had lots of streaks). This is far from detailing, at most it was a quick cleaning and makeup that took over 2 hours and only made it worse. Very unsatisfied. EDIT: I brought it back on the next day, spoke to the local manager and they offered to clean the car better. When I went to check on the car, the touch screen was now damaged!

I paid $68 to have it cleaned inside and out. The dashboard is dirty, the glass is dirty, they didn't clean it. I'm not coming back. More here.

For what I paid it definitely wasn’t worth it . Paid $100 plus $20 in tip for car wash exterior and interior carpets plus seats. Side view mirrors still had the water spots windshield still had smeared bugs on it the seats had stains which were not properly removed and a lot of made still in gear box which wasn’t cleaned out. Staff was very nice but cleaning wasn’t thorough Would not be going back again

This place is the best!!! $50 for an express detail and it’s literally the best money I’ve ever spent!!!! My car looks pristine!!! I wish I had taken a before photo but it was 3 years worth of kid gunk. Staff was friendly and helpful! Even gave me an ice cold water! Customer for life!!!!!!

Ran into this place by luck today. My vehicle needed a wash really bad. The check in process was easy, the staff answered my questions about some tough dirty spots on my car and put me at ease that they would be able to get it out. The waiting area is nice, they have some snacks and drinks along with some car accessories for sale. The massage chairs were a big plus. They also have restrooms inside. Overall great experience. :)

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my car washed. I dropped my car off at 9 AM, asked for an exterior and interior cleaning, and specifically mentioned that last time they left some parts dirty. The guy assured me they’d do a good job this time. I came back around 1 PM and the car was still dirty. I asked them to wash it again. Came back at 3 PM—still not done. Came back again around 4 or 5 PM and finally, they had washed it… but it was STILL dirty! I went inside and asked the receptionist to call the manager. Instead, she called the guy who washed my car. Was he actually the manager? No idea. But his words were: “We just put the car through the machine.” I said, “Okay, but if it’s still dirty after the machine, aren’t you supposed to use your hands to clean it?” He apologized and said he’d wash it for the third time. Finally, I returned around 6 PM and he was finishing up the car. I took photos as soon as I got home, and honestly, it looked disgusting. They didn’t even remove the trash inside. Windows were filthy, they didn’t lift the windshield wiper to clean under it, there were leaves and even dried dirt on the glass. The inside door panels were only cleaned after the third wash. “Hand dry”? Non-existent. “Wheel and tire cleaning”? Nope. Even the dashboard had dirty cloth marks from whatever nasty rag they used. Triple wax? Underbody wash? Spot-free rinse? You can clearly see none of that happened. And the most frustrating part — every time I was there, I saw a group of men with big, expensive cars, and their cars were sparkling clean, perfectly detailed. Makes me think the staff here saw I was a woman and just didn’t bother to do a decent job. Disgusting service. I will never, ever return. I used to recommend this place, but now I make sure to warn people and show them the photos of how they left my car. I paid $50 to drive away with garbage inside, dirty windows, bird poop, and plants stuck to my windshield. Embarrassing and disappointing. If you care about real detailing, don’t go here. And if you’re a woman — be extra careful. You’ll just be throwing your money in the trash.
