Paid him $550.00 to detail my boat. Did a mediocre job at best brought the boat home and noticed a few things that were missed, called him and he said he would come the next day. He was a no show and did not answer my calls. I suspect the few good reviews on his site are from friends. Does not appear to have pride in his work and his word is no good.This is a combination that usually causes a business to fail.

Austin from ASR Detailing and Polishing did an incredible job removing old tribal decals and bringing back to life the original canary yellow color on our newly purchased used 2004 SeaRay. He was incredibly professional, on time, and upfront with what he could do and the outcome we should expect given the age and condition of the paint. He brought her back to life! I would absolutely highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented, detail oriented nice guy who excels at his trade! We will be using ASR in the future. Thanks Austin!!

ASR - Austin and Rob nailed it! If you are looking for a detail company that delivers with an extremely high level of attention to detail, this is the company for you! Stop looking and start booking. From the initial phone call to final pickup, Austin went to great lengths to explain what would likely need to be done, and what kind of pricing was involved. He was very patient, professional, and courteous. Those attributes are seldom found in the marine service arena, unfortunately. Like most boat owners, I end up spending large sums of money at establishments that don’t offer any sort of customer service whatsoever. ASR differentiates itself from the others by providing exemplary customer service amongst many other things. Upon completion, I expected to find a nice shine on the outside of the boat and was unsure about how the inside of the boat would turn out. During the detail, Austin rang me about a few things and also provided some pictures on the progress. So, I thought I had a better idea of what the boat was going to look like when I picked it up. I was wrong. Everything was so much better than I could have imagined. There were areas of my boat that I had never seen the true color not to mention the shine. My fish boxes and live well were also detailed. The inside of my fish boxes! The entire boat came out looking great. I was very pleased. After showing it off to a couple of buddies, they immediately rang up Austin for service. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I have a 24 ft 2001 Aquasport Explorer. Austin and his team came over at 9:30 am on a cold drizzle Saturday, spent the whole day fine tuning his entire wash, buff, wax process. They didn't miss a single spot and they worked hard. Boat looks phenomenal and I highly recommend - quality was there!

Austin did an incredible job on my Jeep Patriot. He was very knowledgable and thorough with his work. I highly recommend him if you need a cleaning or wax. He hand waxed my car as well as washed the outside and left it sparkling clean. Austin was also able to buff out some of the scratches that had been on my car for two years! Do not even hesitate... he is awesome, easy to work with and drives to you so it is less hassle.

Austin and Rob really can turn a neglected boat around! I took my (new to me) 2004 chalky white gel coat 23’ hydra-sports CC to them over 3 months ago. I truly thought the gel coat was toast and they couldn’t do much to fix it. They looked at it and promised me they could bring it back. I didn’t believe it. Well a little less than 48 hours later I couldn’t believe it was the same boat. Inside and out they turned almost sandpaper like gel coat into a smooth and shiny finish. The boat is so much easier to clean now! I feel bad for taking so long to write this review. But enough time has passed that I can say this isn’t just a fancy shine job that lasts a coupe weeks. It has stood up to the abuse of 3 months of saltwater use 3+ days a week and it still looks great! Will be using Austin for all my detailing needs in the future!
