Watch out for the crossed eyed guy, does a good job but because he wants to clean the car by himself takes almost an hour even though by policy they have to clean cars in couples.

Be aware the lady at the entrance will stop you and offer you a promotion more expensive than the regular price, she will stand in front of the current prices to hide them, she offer a 350 pesos deal for a 220 pesos service

Este lugar sinceramente esta fallando horriblemente. Siguen aumentando sus precios exageradamente mientras su calidad de servicio va en constante declina. Muy mal servicio y la mujer sangrona que cobra hasta vivita es no te da el cambio bien y te roba y no una sola vez se la ha queriendo sacar de las mangas al chaleco. sincerely think these people's service has been on a decline for sometime now. Meanwhile their prices keep on going way up, not even justifiable by the poor service. In order for them to do a really good job you need to tell them that last time sucked and point out specific details on what your dissatisfied with. This is a problem because they have quality control measures in place to make sure this doesn't happen. Nevertheless, they are failing miserably. So here's how they work on the floor they have the people whom scrub your car before it goes through the machine, then you through the machine pull up to the area where they dry your car and vacuum and do all the details you purchased along with your wash on your visit. Once your in that area your greeted by this person who takes your key and asks you for any specifics (that's usually where I complain about my last visit) she then promises a better job this time around and usually that does it they do a better job. Most of the time they go through the cycle and at the end of the wash their is a gal or guy whom walks around your car to see if all work has been done properly. They approve call you out return your car keys expect a tip from you drive out in to the sun and as you drive away your car is still wet cuz they didn't get all the water out from under the seams. Then as you cross sunlight you notice your windows and mirrors are all smudged because they were not cleaned properly. Then you notice by the wheel wells that they didn't really knockoff the mud or dirt attached to the car before the wash. You really have to be aware of what's going otherwise you'll leave with less money in your pocket time wasted and an unclean car still. Another thing to point out how the cashier is pushy trying to sell you extras. I'm one who has bought them all and I'm not happy with those either.

Sunday morning is great with minimum waiting times for you vehicle to get your service, multiple option to chose from very basic to deep cleaning & motor wash. I'll probably be back for another service.

They seem to do a good job for a good price. My tip is usually more than the wash itself. I believe one time there may have been a piece of grit on one of the guys rags because I noticed some scratching that "I don't think" was there before. ONE THING I HATE!!!! I usually use the $49 peso coupon and the Cashier "always" keeps my one peso when I give her $50 pesos. I know it's just a peso but I don't like that they just take it and tell me to go. I wish the Owner/Manager's would take care of that. To me it's not right to assume it's okay to take my money.

Kind of expensive and doesn’t do a great job with their most expensive option. Used to have a pair of guys to help dry your car after but no more. Free vacuums have mixed suction power.
