Went for tire rotation for my jeep twice. Then 2nd visit after I dropped it off the guy called me giving me a small story on how the worker back was sore the 1st time he did it due to the size of my tires and said I should tip him 40 dollars on top of what I was paying when I return. I tipped the gentleman through my cashapp and told myself that was unprofessional of him to him call me and suggest me tipping for service that they offer. I will find another Goodyear that's Corp and not franchise.

I spent 2 months trying to find wheels and tires for my Jeep. Like everything else during the pandemic it was a lot harder than expected. I wrongly assumed that Goodyear only sold Goodyear tires. Trent spent the time to do a thorough search of the brands and styles I wanted. Three days later I was driving away on a new set of BR wheels and 35" Toyo Open Country MTs. Drives like they are stock. Service was excellent throughout. I've used them often for regular service and have always been pleased. This job was special and they nailed it.

I came into the shop looking to replace the exact same tire on my 2014 dodge ram. Ruben assisted me. He and the other manager were very helpful every step of the way. they offered a comparable tire at a cheaper price plus a discount on top of that. While I ended up going with the same tire as I already had. This was great customer service. Ruben even called me when they were running a little behind {only a few hours} as he knew I would be having someone drop me off to pick up my truck. Great customer service. I hate that I have to write this review because I've been coming here since I moved to Fort Lauderdale but they took it another level. Typically I get my oil change, I use their coupon but this time I did not have one so I decided to call in and ask about pricing. I told the person from Aqua Shield my car make/model and asked about synthetic oil. They told me $35 over the phone. When I get there, after they've already did the oil change they charged me $89. I dont care that its $89 but its the dishonestly that irritates my soul. I had a feeling the $35 was too good to be true. They told me that regular oil change is $35 but they never disclose any of that over the phone. I actually spoke to the same person twice about this! I am never going back to this place again. I do not trust any place that says once price and charges you another.

Always a great experience. Specifically ask for Kyle to work on your vehicle. He has done most of the work on my vehicle these past few years. He even put an engine in my truck and it had been running smoothly for over 50,000 miles. They have a great team! They won't sell you something you don't need.

If you want small town service in a big city, Wagner Tire is THE PLACE! Super easy to make an appointment online and they personally responded with my confirmation within an hour! I brought my lifted Jeep in for normal service, needed a repair to my front shock and I also asked them to take a look because I was “hearing a noise” when I drove! Not even a couple hours later, I got a call from the manger telling me, not only was my Jeep was ready for pick up but he took the time to EXPLAIN TO ME what was wrong with my Jeep in great detail! He completely serviced and fixed what he could, then gave me a couple referrals of places I could take my Jeep for the one thing he couldn’t fix!! When I went to pay, I was literally SHOCKED the price was so low! I will be a customer for life because Wagner Tire has amazing prices, personal customer service AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: peace of mind knowing my Jeep got fixed correctly by an honest place!!

Terrible service and very dishonest…more concerned about getting your money than integrity and doing the right thing! Rueben who has been there many years with Goodyear and stayed with the takeover and buyout of Aqua Shield and is more concerned about impressing the new owners as opposed to being honest! He informed me they changed my transmission fluid, charged me, and when I left I checked and it had not been changed!! VERY DISHONEST business and they should not be in business! Goodyear used to be great the 11 years I was a loyal customer but will never go back or recommend!!

I do my 50k checkup there. Have an appointment so it is in and out in 2 hours. My car runs so smoothly now. When I had oil change in another chain store, my car NEVER run this well. This place is honest and pricing is reasonable. The guy behind the counter really knows his stuff and never push to sell me anything extra. Good advices, straight to the point, efficient, and helpful. Two friends recommended this place and I understand why now.

addition to my previous review. The staff was helpful today in helping me get reimbursed by my warranty company. so i do appreciate that. but be careful before sending your adult children to this location. they are not a good year corporate store they are independents Wagner tires and will charge you almost 28 dollars to fix a tire. when the corporate stores do not charge at all.

Personally didn't have a great experience here. Bought 4 new tires. The sensors on my truck were not place correctly. The Front Tire displaying as rear right tire, etc on all 4. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON AN ALIGNMENT. Any warranty that is less than 1yr is not good (6 month warrantyon standard). I'm here now getting a tire rotation and balance simply because it's included with my tire purchase. However if this were a paid service I'd definitely be taking my truck to Firestone or Midas. The customer service is horrible here. They definitely don't seem like they want to be here at all. Do yourself a favor. Find a location that actually cares about your business.

Just purchased 4 tires for my classic car...they did a great job! Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end 1st Class. REVIEW UPDATE: Four years later I noticed my front wheel was shaking. I brought the car in and they rebalanced the wheels and fixed it. Cost for repair $0 thats right zero charge since I purchased the tires from them. This is the was you should treat your customers! UPDATE this place is no longer the Good Year dealer, now its a window tinting place that sells hot dogs in the front.

Unbelievable service and professionalism. Will only bring my car here. Had a faulty alternator and they fixed literally in no time. Did not tell me I had other problems like other places would have. I decided to give them a business doing my first tire change on new Q7, disks were like brand new, no damage at all, car has 12k miles on the clock. All four disks ended up damaged after tire change. See pictures. Waste of time and money. Very unprofessional. I am extremally disappointed.
