Jerks working in bay, over priced oil changes, charged $20 extra because of plastic shroud under engine bay and the "free" car wash, I had to go and rewash due to all the soap left on car! Stay away!!!

Every other time I go there is some excuse that they can’t rotate tires, once the lift was broke - okay.... go back a month or 2 later and no problem, then just recently I pull in and they say the lift won’t raise my SUV....

Went to the dog wash part of this place. Water was cold. No soap in pet shampoo or oatmeal bath selection. Air dryer was cold on both gentle and super dry. Complete waste of $8.

Paid for a $12 car wash only to have it shut down in the middle of the wash. When I complained and demanded a refund I was told I couldn’t get it because the owner wasn’t there. They allowed me another car wash begrudgingly although I firmly don’t believe that was the full service wash I paid for. I’ll never go there again. Also the marquee advertises as a Touchless Wash. That’s definitely not the case.

I am always looking for the best automatic wash in my travels and tried this out today. "New Foamy Brush automatic" the sign says. "24k gold wax" "the gold standard" the sign says. Summary: there was no foam, no wax, no suds, no smell. This was a water only wash. I paid 12 dollars for a "premium wash. " The drying system operated for perhaps 15 to 20 seconds and was quite forceless. The brushes began scrubbing the car before even spraying the car. Can I have a refund??? This is certainly the #1 worst automatic wash I have encountered. Had to get out of my car and dry and and scrub the car for some time. Glad this is just a work vehicle.

Had oil changed. Do not go here if you have a new car under warranty. Besides only excepting cash , they hesitated on giving me a receipt. When they did give me a receipt , i see everything is left blank, model , make , vin, mileage,,everything . then i later realize they didnt even give me the free carwash they advertised. I went to the dealer, they agreed this receipt probably wouldn't work if i had a warranty issue come up,. So i had them redo the oil . Not only were they cheeper, they also did a check up on they car with a report, and a free perfect car war wash. And it will for sure be recorded with the cars history. All for $65. aqua scam charged me $73 , for some back alley job, i could have did myself .
