I am going to go into THOROUGH detail on my experience with this auto detailing center. Let me start off by saying THIS BUSINESS ENDED UP COSTING ME MORE THAN ANY OTHER AUTO DETAILING SHOP WOULD HAVE and didn't even properly clean my car (which I will be writing another review on). They BROKE my radio on Thursday June 15,2017. And I got the car initially detailed to SELL!!! Just so you can have an idea of the situation, I bought my car 2 and a half years ago from a dealership with 20,000 miles on it and have never encountered ANY problems at all until this. I am only selling because I am looking to buy a car from 2015 or later. My fiancé dropped my car off to APLL Auto Detailed Car Wash at 11am while I was getting ready to cover a shift at work. I noticed the problem IMMEDIATELY after picking up my car at 2:30pm but could not drive back to APLL because I (obviously) had to get to my job. I called my fiancé as soon as I tried turning it on and told him about the problem. He said he would speak to the guy that cleaned my car. He called me back within 10 mins "Gabriel said it's no problem just bring the car over and he'll fix it for you" so I took the car over on Friday and Gabriel wasn't there.. "He'll be back on Monday. I was getting pretty upset and it must have been visible because I was told by a male who worked there "don't worry Gabriel will definitely help you , I would be really upset if my radio didn't work either" so I left feeling assured. I go back today June 19 and FINALLY spoke with Gabriel. He comes in my car sees the radio on and said it's working ! I told him no it's not, try changing the channel, or adjusting the settings. Gabriel pushes a couple buttons and says we didn't do this. I said "the radio was working fine when we dropped the car off on Thursday." He tells me "we clean 1000s of cars and I've never encountered any problems" I state that's fine, I'm not saying you guys normally break things or are a bad business, I'm just telling you I dropped my car off here and the radio was fine until I picked it up. He then goes on telling me "you didn't even drop this car off a man did and it was playing music before we gave it to you" this is the part when I started getting angry. I told him everything I've said in the beginning of the review (when I noticed the problem, calling right after, and what I was told on TWO separate occasions) , and told him at the end of the day it doesn't matter who dropped the car off, IM the one who picked it up, it's MY car, and I'm telling you the issue, what can we do from here? He said sorry you might have to take it to a mechanic. I tell him to press the buttons they are sticky. You must have sprayed something on the radio while cleaning. He just kept telling me no he's cleaned so many cars. I state that's really unfortunate because I got the car detailed and now I have to pay more money and it's probably going to be expensive. He chuckles and his reply was "noo it's not" I don't know what his idea of expensive or inexpensive is but that's BESIDES THE POINT. I wanted to keep the car in its original state not go buy some other type of radio and have it installed. They told me to take my car to a mechanic so I drove off fuming !! . I am an avid yelper because I have great respect for good business practices and love to give recommendations.I was honestly a little worried when I went w my bf to pick my car up when I saw where it was located. That's the last time I'm putting any money into an unworthy business. I wasn't even upset about the way they cleaned my car (which was horrible) Breaking my radio and denying responsibility is why I'm here. UPDATE: Owner lies once again. I never stated we were getting married for any type of “DEAL” for $80. He saw the condition of the car and quoted me right then and there. It’s sad because my fiancé and I agreed we are not getting married until 2019 so I am laughing as I checked my google acct. what an avid liar. You can just imagine the type of business he does.

They responded to my inquiry right away and were able to quote and accommodate me right away. AMAZING customer service. Everyone was friendly and did an amazing job detailing my 2017 Toyota Corolla that I just purchased, made it feel like a brand new car. They even helped me try to get the sunspots off my old Honda so I can sell it. Definitely recommend these guys and will be returning!!

Great place and people. I usually detail my own vehicles but do not have a water system installed yet, so called my dealer where I just bought a new 2017 Silverado Z71 and they recommended APLL. Drove by and Gabriel said he would fit me in. Fast service and a clean truck. Will definitely go back again!
