I have the service I really thought they did everything good but since I put at night I didn’t realize was my roof of my car so dirty and some dirty and after a few week they call me I told my problem and they never call me back and I really give good ticket 30% of what they charge me . Disappointed

They do all of our cars, best service and definitely the best quality auto detail place I know. They make sure everything is perfect and very detailed from start to finish, I highly recommend!

This place is HORRIBLE. I would give ZERO if I could . And I won’t be surprise if the positive reviews they wrote themselves . First of all we left both cars for cleaning . Have to mention that we paid cash , 240$ for two cars , they gave no receipt and they work inside their own garage ( something for IRS to look at ) The first car we picked up next day it wasn’t spotless but we didn’t want to argue and asked them to be more attentive with the second car. We waited 3 days to get out car back and when we came to pick it up it WASNT EVEN TOUCHED. We told the woman ( Kate was her name if I am not mistaken ) that we don’t want to wait any longer and we want our money for the second car back (120$) . She said she had no cash on her and asked to return the money later . We texted her next day , she said she was at the hospital ( OKAY) , day after that she said they were gone for Christmas ( OKAY ) , couple days after Christmas we texted again and she gave us a check which we couldn’t cash ( NO MONEY ON THEIR ACCOUNT ) . We texted her again next day , asking to pick up the money and she said she was out of town coz someone DIED and she had to attend the funeral. Here goes the funny part : we texted from a different number and called them as a new customer , she texted right away and scheduled the meeting at her house same evening . You had to see her face when she saw us returning for the money , guess she didn’t expect that. She had only 40$ on her and promised to return the rest of the money later. Keep those 80$ Kate , if those money are so worth lying about someone going to the hospital or even DYING , I feel sorry for you. With this attitude, no wonder you cried you have no cash coz business is not doing good lately. Just a small advice : do a good job and don’t try to SCAM people . I obviously don’t recommend the place , terrible job , and a bunch of scammers trying to rip you off. *UPDATE* : They said they didn’t work with us coz they relocated to Florida , which is a lie , coz my car was supposed to be cleaned at 307 Oakrest Ave in Northfield New Jersey almost a year ago ( see my review date ) That’s where they sent us to get the car detailed, at their home in the garage. The money was taken by Caitline Prestano in CASH. Maybe you guys did move shortly after , but you lived at that address in New Jersey and you did do the car detailing service in your garage. Good for you if you moved to Florida and do a better job , but you still owe us money you stole. We still have text messages saved from Caitline Prestano who texted us the address to drop both our cars for cleaning and also her texts that she will give us money back in the check ( which was declined by bank coz they had zero dollars on the account ). And BY THE WAY , your current website is linked to Facebook and YouTube profiles where you have photos and videos frok May 2020 promoting detailing services in Northfield , New Jersey ( with photos from Oakrest ave address ). Also , Internet remembers it all and you still have Yelp and other websites mentioning your website linked to Northfield , New Jersey. So yes , your company maybe moved to Florida , but people under same last name still manage it. And when you said you left New Jersey 11 months ago and have nothing to do with my complaint , you lied again. Coz your company profiles mention services in Northfield, NJ. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

The Couple was very nice, but I was very disappointed 😔 in the job after I left. After I left I noticed that my back seat and front carpet particularly on the passenger side did not appear to be shampooed/detailed, which I thought would be done. The only interior job detail cost me $75.00. I won't use this detailer again, and I will probably wait for availability with my former detailer next time. Although, the woman called for feedback and stated they would have me come back, she implied that there was a deluxe detail for $30 more that they use more deluxe cleaners in, which I was not aware of that difference. I don't like to complain, but that deluxe response to my feedback was upsetting.

Hands down the best auto detailing company. I only trust APS AUTO DETAIL with my vehicle. I drive a black truck and they are the only ones who can make it shine!!!! The new ceramic coating they did was amazing!!! Smells and looks great!!! Best detailing company around!!! Trust them with your vehicle and you will never be dissatisfied!!!! Great job! Good prices
