I'm rating storage unit. Never used car wash..(yet). I just got unit and moved a few things in a couple hours ago. I'm hoping my 5 star rating opinion stays at 5 stars. 😁 Not too much security but I do the night life and this was one of very few unfortunately that you are able to access your unit 24 hours.

A little expensive for a touchless car wash but I think it's worth it. A lot of options. Car comes out clean but there's gonna be a lot of hand drying to do off to the side before it all dries on your clean car. If you've got a low car or roof racks, it's definitely the best in the area.

I can’t say it was a bad experience as far as quality, I used the self wash. Extremely soapy and cleaned the car well but the hose pressure stripped my clear coat and removed paint on my car and that’s the reasoning for my negative comment. Sorry for leaving only a 3 star but maybe a warning that the pressure was gonna be so high would be necessary.

Paid $16 for the ultimate car wash and the car was still completely dirty. Unacceptable at $6, and absolutely awful at $16. You can see soap marks on the paint and a definite line on the windshield from the wipers still. I will not return and for the price, I will go right up the street to make sure my car is clean from now on. Can't believe I paid that much for such an awful job. Ugh.

Cheap do it yourself and drive through car wash. I think it was 3 min for $3. Place is a bit out of the way and easy to miss if you're not looking for it. All the equipment was working when I was there but one bay blocked by some woman who spent 30 min just throwing away garbage from her car. There's only three wash bays so look for slow times to go.

Great little touchless car wash, gets your car nice and clean for a reasonable price. The garbage cans and car vacs seem to be cleaned out often and the vacuums have great suction. Just plan on a little wait when you go during popular hours.

Okay when it works I suppose. Today I decided to get the best $20 wash, and it stopped half way through, truck covered in soap. Was forced to pull out and go back around to pay for ANOTHER wash to wash the soap off because the wash stopped on the 3rd step. Second time this has happened to me this week. Guess I'll find a other car wash. I've been using this place twice a week for months.

UPDATE: Owner quickly replied and can confirm $3 receipt, bank automatically adjusted the charge. Beware of self service car wash bays and using your credit card. I swiped my card for five minutes of car wash time, expecting $3 charge (as that’s what it says on machine). I then checked my credit card statement later, come to find out they charged me $10 for five minutes. This was resolved, see above.

Love the automatic carwash and it the price is fair. The dryer does not completely dry the car which means you have to manually wipe down your car after or it will have spots all over your freshly washed car

First time washing my car here and I was impressed! Very thorough and lots of soap and wax. The air dryers is what impressed me. Usually you get a few seconds of a pass of air and it never dries my car. Well, this one did! Just got home and checked out my car and it's CLEAN & super shiny. The price is a but much for a drive-thru car wash for me. That's my only complaint. (Also why 4 stars and not 5).

The car wash was the best touch less carwash I’ve ever experienced. My car still shines, rain falls off, the drier completely dried my car leaving zero spots. It did cost twice as much but so worth the price! 100%

First time visiting hoping to support a local business. Purchased the $20 car wash and drove to pick up dinner in Florence. When I got out, i saw that my entire car was still filthy. Spots everywhere, windshield still dirty and the same in the rear. Called for help and no one answered. Left vm and a week later no return call. So clearly they don’t care about their customers. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Don’t recommend.

Paid $20 this is what I got. Update I received a response from the owners wanting to make it right and give me a free wash. This is how to do business thank you.

Not a good price for the wash I got I basically paid for water and soap $10 and my car was still dirty when I got out live and learn won’t be coming here again. I had to get out of my car and get paper towels to continue wiping the dirt off, which was still visible and it was not that dirty of a car

I always get the most expensive car wash. The last one I got was about a month ago, it wasn’t the greatest but it had rained a lot. The car was dirty. I just figured it was worse than I thought. Got another one yesterday, came out, I could still see the wiper pattern on my windshield. got home, less than a mile from the car wash, the car looked as though I paid for a car wash and drove straight through, I had to wash the car from scratch in my driveway, which is just so time consuming, which is why I went to the car wash to begin with. I like this car wash because I don’t need to speak to a person and have chalk drawn on my car. But I guess I will just save my money and do it myself from now on 🙁

Washed my car in the DIY bay. It was clean, the pressure was good, the scrub brush was good, the spot free rinse worked, and it only cost $5. I used a CC to pay.

I come here often for both the automatic wash and manual bays. The automatic touchless car wash works well and is the only one in Florence. It’s nice for the winter when it’s too cold to wash by hand but your car is covered in salt. The manual wash bays are clean as well. The only issue is the soap that is used in the touchless wash will leave an incredible amount of soap scum on black plastics. However, a couple of passes of cleaner wax gets rid of it.
