The staff was super kind and polite. The exterior looked pretty good but the interior work was not done well at all. There were lots of places they missed with the vacuum. They didn’t remove the floor mats. For $30, I expect more attention to details. If you vacuum, vacuum until it’s done. I will come again because it is a convenient location and the exterior looks good. But I’ll do my own interior. Edit: I asked if they could go over the carpet again and they did without hesitation. I’ll still do my own interior next time but they really did a good job on the exterior.

Stopped in for a hand wash and added some of the extras and my car came out really clean. Something to keep in mind is that they are not going to fully detail your car and make everything look brand new, they are going to wash it by hand and do the best they can before they have to move on to the next car. Overall the service was worth the price and it was worth the visit.

Quite disappointed with the quality of the wash-only job done as I literally had to rewash the lower 1/3 of the door panels and wheel areas afterwards. Mirrors also had to be wiped as they were not cleaned. I paid for the extra wheel treatment and it left the rims still dirty, I will be looking for another place.

This is my regular go-to carwash. Prior to selling/trading in two of our vehicles, I have used their full detail service and I was disappointed. The owner, who I've enjoyed each time we've chatted, truly cares about the quality his team produces. Our family of six cars and two trucks have been pleased with their results.

Have had my autos cleaned there 14 years. Always a great experience and great pricing based in your needs! A customer had her pet Cockatoo there in the customer waiting area. My son enjoyed watching it.

I should have read the reviews for this place first, so I’ll share my lesson here so you don’t make the same mistake as I did. First, this car wash is incredibly slow. It took an hour for them to wash my car, and to top it off, they did a poor job, leaving my tire wells dirty and missing lots of areas inside that just needed a little attention to detail. The worst part of this ordeal was the scratch they put on my tailgate. I have a new truck and I had been on a gravel road, so there was some gravel on my bumper. Now when the car left the automated wash, the guys took over furiously wiping the vehicle down, but when they did, they haphazardly picked up the gravel in their rags and tried to wipe down the tailgate with it, leaving the scratch (pictured). I notified the manager whose first comment was “wow, they didn’t clean your car very well”, then he told me I needed to speak with the owner. The owner assured me he was going to look at his low-definition video monitors to see if indeed the scratch occurred there, which of course he’s going to say he didn’t see it. I doubt there are even cameras on the area where they wipe the cars down at. So, if you’ve read this far, just know the reviews are poor here for a reason, and you’re better off either washing the car yourself or going to a car wash that cares and is honest. There’s nothing American about getting ripped off.

I've been here several times and I ask myself, why do I keep coming back? I guess cause it's just the closest to me but I don't plan on coming back. The car wash is typically subpar and the wait is always longer than it should be. The most recent time I went, I saw several customers who came after me leave well before me. I waited over an hour and a half. The cars they took car of faster were nicer cars than mine. Maybe they thought I wasn't going to leave a nice tip? That's unacceptable.

Do not use this car wash! Have used for years and they have been great but we where asked if we would like our headlights polished? We decided that would be nice but when our car came out from a wash, hand wax, polished head lights it had been burned by the polisher they use(black burn mark in paint under headlight)needs to be repainted and this is where it goes bad. They treated us like crap when we complained and wanted to talk to manager. They took our phone number and said the owner would call. This is the reason I left a very poor review for this business! They never responded not even (we are sorry! ) Ps. We are having it repaired and then small claims. That's not how business should be done! Greg H.

Paid $80 to get full detailing but interior dust still on seats? Plus I had to wipe my rims down after. Even tipped $20 to employee for his lazy work.

$50 plus tip. One of the worst washes ive had in a long time. 8/24/25. I dont even wanna take it back to have it redone. Last visit for sure.

Would give it 1 star but car is somewhat clean. First off they had my car for 6 hours when they said it'd be 3-4. 200 dollars later and I figured hey they had it that long im sure it's clean. They don't clean the inside on the detail they "wipe" it down to make it look clean. Still had to wipe down certain spots that are obvious and still dirty. Then when I went to pick up the the guy asked for receipt and said just checking to see if there was a tip on here for me. I would give you one but 6 hours later and car still isn't 100 percent clean. Then has the nerve to say thank you for the tip. First and last time coming here. Save your money and find somewhere they would appreciate you spending your money on them and not ask for a tip.

New owner, very nice Australian guy :). Updated with new signage and furniture. Outside lounge area is clean. I would've given 5 stars, but my car was windows and roof top were not dried down very well. Had to go over it with my own towel. 1st time stop, so will have to see how they do next time. Very convenient area next to the mall.

I've been a few times over the past few years. It's a comfortable place to wait for your car, but the wash itself needs improvement. I got the 'gold' package most recently. The windshield wasn't cleaned well and I'm fairly confident the driver's footwell wasn't even vacuumed at all. Surfaces were wiped down, but not much care was taken to ensure those surfaces were clean.

I have been using this car wash for a few years now and have had great service every time… the waiting area had been improved with some rocking chairs, free wifi and snacks available too. You can watch your car for the most part getting cleaned and the staff have always been pretty friendly 😀

I paid 33 bucks for the gold car wash and they would not do any dressing on the black trim of the car. Said that was an extra 15 bucks. I have been coming here for about eight years. The experience continues to go downhill.

So I know all these pictures probably look like a vehicle that hasn't been cleaned yet but that's not the case. This is what my truck looked like after I left the car wash after paying for an interior and exterior wash I took these pictures 15 minutes after I left. As you can see I'm more than disappointed. Would leave 0 stars if it was possible. Will not be returning. Was on my way to work so I didn't have time to go inside talk to manager and wait for another wash.

I have been coming to American Car Wash for years and they have the best service and a fair price. All of the staff are pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend them! They are always prompt and the car looks great upon completion.
