★☆☆☆☆ I used this company once, paid them, and they never again came back to service my windows after I was told I would be put into a weekly rotation. I called several times and never received a return phone call. I called again and left a message and the owner called me back yelled at me and basically called me a liar about calling on previous occasions. Customer Service is clearly not held high on their list of standards. I gave them a star as this is the lowest I am allowed to rate this company.
