Amateurs! They used an incorrect cleaner and stained all of my inside door panels. Then they lied and said it was already like that. Please don't waste your time with these people!

They charged me 45 to clean my jeep liberty and they still did a lousy job. I've had my car cleaned for $25 and it was better. Not going back ever again.

I brought in my jeep to shampoo the seats. When I picked up the jeep in the afternoon, the gentleman said that they used the jeep's heater to help dry off the seats and that the jeep overheated and that i should have told them before hand that it had a cooling problem. I was charged 85 dollars and the seats were all still wet. They even gave me two extra paper car mats to sit on. My wifes make up pouch was missing some items also. I consider myself a fair and honest person, but there was some credibility issues that happened When i was drivining it back to my house, i noticed the heater was blowing cold air and a little later the jeep started rattleing and knocking in tge motor. It left me stranded and it did not have any coolant in it. Its beeing serviced at the mechanic now for 750$. I drove out of there with the vehicle running so i cannot prove my case. Maybe the owner should stress more to his/her MANY workers how important it is to respect private property. I do believe my wife had her make up in there, she says that they took the more expensive ones. I never called to make a complaint Bit i hope the owner listens to this one.

I expected more with a cahrge at 45$. Streaks of water coming off my roof onto my windshield. And I don't believe they wiped down my dashboard correctly or used a cloth that let out more lint then I would collect. Well you live you learn.

Not a good place to take you vehicle ! The first time we took our truck my yeti cup went missing.I went back and they mysteriously found it in the broken down dryer. Now my husband decided to take it once more but ended up with a red dent on his door! We called and the owner said he didn’t have any red posts they would do that damage .I passed by and saw a red caddy they use for they cleaning supplies.They opened the doors so hard and hit it not once but twice.Never again will we give them business👎

Please read the 1-star reviews & STAY WAY! I don't post reviews, because I usually don't have terrible experiences. However, this one deserves to leave a review. The lady charged me $40 to wash, vacuum, and remove a stain from one cloth seat. The washing was done terribly because it left water streaks on my windows, and an oil feel inside my windshield due to the dirty towels they use to wipe as the buckets are filled with muddy water. The stain did not fully come out of the seat, and the bad smell was still there. I also noticed that my cloth seat was torn probably due to the tools they used to try remove the stain. I tried to get her to do the job correctly, but she wanted to charge me more. PLEASE DON'T GO! You might as well spend your money at a BlueWave or elsewhere and/or do it yourself than having to deal with this business.

First time using them for a interior clean not detail, and they did a bad job. 0 star if possible. 1 star at vacuuming the inside, left a bunch of specks behind probably cause there vacuum was not strong enough. They also damaged my wife's interior with what ever chemical they used to "clean". He said they use 1 chemical for all interior cleaning. Red flag. Did not want to make it right, blamed the previous carwash guys we used. His wife/helper called my wife a liar that it was already like that. Do not recommend.
