Broken glass was left behind the door panel so every time the door is shut I can hear the rattling of the glass. Shortly after I noticed my window had trouble going up and down. I reached out and asked if he could take a look and he insisted that the break-in is what caused that to happen. I got a second opinion and it was in fact the way the glass was installed that caused the issue and was an easy fix.★☆☆☆☆ 9 months ago

I called this business to get a quote to replace the window on my truck. The man I spoke with got all my information but didn’t have the window in stock. He stated that he needed to source one from the Ford dealer and would call me back with pricing and to schedule. He never called back.
