Waste of money going here. Service is really bad, owner very unprofessional after touch-less machine hit my vehicle side mirror. Saying it is my fault my vehicle not centered, when there is no indicators showing if your are center. Vehicle scratched and not cleaned. I will never be going back to this car wash.

I used to enjoy coming here back in the day when u used to put dollar bills or quarters but now u have to use your card, until yesterday when the self wash robbed me 12$ for a 4 min wash. Which basically it's 3$ a min. This ain't the first time either. Hell if I knew it was gonna cost me that much I would of used the auto wash for 3 more dollars. Not coming here anymore. If y'all use the self wash make sure you keep track of your time and how much they take off your card. im giving it 1 star because it's robbing me big time. Keep in mind not everyone has credit/debit cards to use some of us prefer cash or coins. I guess it's just to much work for the owners to count money.

I like it has no brushes, but the clean was iffy, and the dryer should be a bit longer. I've gone twice, both 20 dollar washes and my car was still dirty on both occasions. I'm hoping it was just the stall i used.

I am so glad to have a touchless car wash available in town, and not have to worry about brushes ruining my car's finish. The Gold wash does an excellent job cleaning off my cars. I subscribed to the monthly plan, which I think is a great deal. The app is easy to use. The only inconvenience I found is the way the vacuums are set up - I either have to reach all the way across my center console to reach the other side to clean, or I need to turn my car around 😕 Still deserves the 5 star rating though 🙂

You're in & out. It looks like they have new owners. Its much nicer and cleaner. Its 24/7 and you can tap and pay. If you don't want to do the automatic washes they have 2 spray/cleaning bags, and they have shampooers & vacuums. I liked it, my kids love the colorful soap and lights in the auto car wash.

Touch-less drive in or self wash.. Can enter with Back rack or ladder rack. Fair prices and not too busy depending on day and time.. Definitely better than drive through car washes..

This wash is one of the better touchless ones in the area but my truck is always still dirty. The new owners did lots of upgrades and better soap but they did increase the price quite a lot. Also the undercarriage wash is timed not pressure sensitive so I got 3/4 an undercarriage wash then it stopped. It missed the whole bed section of the truck. Update: I went back and it seems they have actually made it longer for the undercarriage wash. I am very satisfied and actually bought a wash pass.

I have used both the Full Service and Self Service here, so I am torn, hence the 3 stars. The full serve touchless is awful. 1star max. The car doesn't get clean at all. Like there is still surface dirt on the car. It's bad. Complete waste of money. Minimum is $10, max is $20. I have used both with the same awful results. Really no difference. The self serve is good. 4 stars. Annoying that you have to use a credit card but it works well. Just make sure you know where the buttons that you want to use are before starting because they are made to confuse you and waste time with their layout. The red button off to the side is how you stop it from charging your credit card. Don't push the stop button, the meter keeps running. The minimum charge is $5. You are better off using the self serve if you just want a quick wash. You pay half the price and there is really no difference between using the pressure washer vs the touchless.

This car wash is not bad for just that simple wash. Area is spacious and the prices are not terrible. However be aware the automatic machine wash does a poor job at drying and will leave many water spots behind.

The touch-less wash is the best I have used in CT. Always enjoyed getting a wash here. No touch-less wash is perfect, but this one is the closest to being perfect that I’ve experienced! Would totally recommend. I used the top tiered wash plan and was super satisfied!

The auto car wash does absolutely nothing. I'd go as far to say the car looks worse after it's done. Just wash your car normally instead of being lazy... anything good takes time and hard work.

This car wash went through few improvements, but touchless washes are still not consistent. It seems like the one on the left hand side is worse than the other. This is not the first time I'm getting a bad experience - see attached pictures taken right after a wash. I need to figure out if I want to keep my limited and pricey membership, as again, this is not the first time. -mike Update 4/11/24: Things improved between then and now. I really mean improved. The inconsistent car wash with extra soap has not happened to me since the initial review. On the top of that, you can see more things are consistently getting improved, including the wash itself (i.e. more throughout rinsing, etc.).

My 1st time going there I went ti automatic one , once done I decided to go use vacuums so it was like 5 min for #2 something . It should be free but anyways I was vacuuming I had 1 min 40 sec left and the thing shut off on me before I could even start 4th last side so instead 5 min make it bit longer esp if you are by yourself . Think about 5 min that's 1 min 15 sec each side. Make it 1min 30 sec. Prior to vacuuming, I dried my car with car think about 5 min ...cloths that I have and it was pitch black!!! The cloth turned black .I mean on doors just wiping the doors. I didn't even wipe bottom part of car yet .

Paid for the gold wash and the bottom 6 inches of the body of my SUV did not get cleaned at all, the middle of the body is only slightly better and is now hazy, and the bug guts are still on the windshield. Rinsing with a hose would have had better results and cost less.

I recently experienced an incident at this car wash, and I want to acknowledge how professionally it was handled. The staff communicated clearly, took responsibility, and worked with me to resolve the situation in a timely manner. I truly appreciate their professionalism and customer service, and because of that, I would feel comfortable returning in the future.
