So I had this offer for a free month , so I thought I would try it out because it is closer to my work. Have to say I’m impressed customer service is big to me .. the VIP package goodies blew me away and I was even willing to pay for the goodies. Till they told me how it worked great marketing idea !! Also , love they towel off your car if they could get the tires. I would give it a 10.

I bought the membership because I liked the hand dying feature, but this location is never consistent on having this feature. Also, tire shine brushes put too much tire shine on tires that it flings off your tires onto your paint when you drive off.

I went to this location for the first time today, & I had a 10/10 experience, literally from beginning to end! They're very affordable, & they truly value customer service, & it shows! This is the first carwash I've been to, where they hand dry your car on the way out! I highly recommend you visit! I'll definitely be returning. 😃

Found this place just passing by. I was very impressed by the extra care the team provided before and after the wash. Before going in, my car was sprayed multiple times in the front and back to prep. Then when I was at the end of the wash, under the air dryers, they hand dried my car too! Vacuums has strong suction and place was very clean. I also bought the 7 day guarantee for $25. Not bad! I’ll be back!!

Wash is great. Free vacuums with wet towels are great. 1 star deducted because though the membership fee went up, they stopped doing pretreatment and towel drying. I loved the towel dry at the end.

This was my review a year ago: "Best car wash and best prices!!! Plus killer vacuums, free towels and nice gentle wash that gets all the dirt! 5 stars." Unfortunately All American Car Wash has stopped doing the preliminary squirting off of bird mess, etc. that they used to do pre-wash. They have also eliminated the hand dry at the end, which was one of the best features of this car wash. There is no employee at the end of the wash cycle to make sure your car exits the wash properly, and to at least thank you for patronizing the car wash. I was very disappointed this evening to find that service had gone downhill. With a number of new car washes opening here, I would think that service should get better and prices go down, or at least not go up.

Been a member of the carwash since opening. It was pretty good until recently. Many of the vacuums no longer work, the air blowers haven’t worked in months, the towels are always out and the ones that are there are disgusting, also the staff tends to drive recklessly through the parking lot. The other locations seem to still have some pride and attention to detail.

Canceling my membership this company has done worse and worse and this location is one of the worst I have been to there is no one attending at the entrance when you first go in so they don't pre-soak your vehicle and no one drives your vehicle in which other locations have technicians that dry the vehicle at the end of your wash during the cycle it seems like everything is watered down like if they're just washing your vehicle with dirty water would not come back to this location again hope these items can get addressed Not sure if all locations did but this location changed their time so now they Open up later in the morning other car wash companies that I know of open up at 7:00 and they just posted science saying that all memberships are going up in price this July and August. Not sure what the price hike up is since they are skimping on everything that they used to offer when they were first open.

Amazing car wash, hands down the best one I've been to in San Antonio. I paid $10 and got a better cleaning than some $20 car washes I've paid for. The best thing about this car wash is that at the end, two attendants actually wipe down your car! My car has never been this clean after a drive thru car wash. Very impressed, I rarely go to this area of town but will probably start going out of my way just to use this car wash.

This location does not offer hand drying at the end of the tunnel like the other locations do. They did initially, but that stopped early on. O'Connor location is great. This location rarely has clean towels in the self-serve bins: 95% of the towels are covered in black grease and bits of leaves stuck to it, making them unusable. Basketball-size pothole you must drive thru (right before tunnel entrance) to get into the tunnel which has been there over a year now, getting bigger. Go to the other locations.

As a rideshare driver, I visit All-American Car Wash multiple times a week, if not daily, and this is by far the worst location in the area. The main reason I choose All-American over other car washes like GO! Car Wash, Bubble Bath, or Watershed is because of the hand-drying service—yet at this location, I have never once had my car dried off. Beyond that, the customer service here is subpar. The employees often seem like they don’t want to be there, and I’ve repeatedly had issues with them directing me into the wash properly resulting in me snubbing my wheel every time I pull in, which rarely happens at other locations. For a car with a color like polymetal gray, proper drying is crucial to avoid water spots, and this location consistently fails to provide the service that sets All-American apart. If I just wanted another basic automatic wash, I would take my business elsewhere.

I came here about a month ago and one of their machines damaged my car. Somehow the cosmetic piece between my windshield and passenger side door got ripped off. As soon as I got through the wash I informed the manager of what happened. He looked at it with me, made a claim and started their process of reviewing the incident and then proceeding to send it up to their corporate office to make a decision as to how they were going to remedy the situation. After about two weeks their corporate office decided that it was in fact their fault because my car had no prior damage. They ordered the part and installed it to my satisfaction!!! I am very pleased by the way the manager handled the situation and made everything right!!!

I'm really happy with this car wash. If I were local, I would be buying the monthly wash and stopping weekly to get my ride looking amazing. The brush system does a really nice job. It's definitely a good value! Even better is when you finish, you have access to free vacuums. Let me tell you, these vacuums are like no others. The power of this vacuum is so strong that it will suck up items you wouldn't think of(paper, tissues, coins, kids... haha). This was a definite 5-star car wash.

Manager? Doesn’t come out right away, is argumentative and curt. Went through the left lane cause I wanted the prewash and cause my plate didn’t read last time I came to this location (O’Connor location is great!!). Second time here and they also don’t dry.

I have been a paying customer here for a long time, spending over $40 a month, and I own five vehicles. Despite being a loyal customer, I was unexpectedly kicked out and told I’m no longer allowed to wash my car there. The supervisor — a short guy whose name I was never given — handled the situation in a completely unprofessional way. There was no clear explanation, no attempt to resolve anything, just being told I couldn’t come back. For a business that relies on memberships and repeat customers, this is unacceptable treatment. Paying customers deserve respect and basic communication. Thankfully, I found another car wash that is far more friendly, professional, and appreciative of their customers. I’m honestly grateful this happened because it led me somewhere much better. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
