Thank you, Alien Car Care! Phil and his wife were nothing but welcoming and friendly to me. I came in for a minor bumper paint repair and door ding that had been an eye sore for a while. Due to their great reviews, I was willing to drive an hour to get to them. I also needed a 1-day turnaround time that Phil was able to accommodate to. Since I was coming from out of town, I really had nowhere to go and planned on waiting in their waiting room for the 5-6 hours it was estimated to take to finish. Instead of waiting there, Phil’s wife was kind enough to drive me to a nearby library for me to get some work done and also gave some recommendations in the nearby town. Once I got back to the shop and saw my car, I was amazed!! My bumper and door looked brand new!! If I’m ever in need of an auto cosmetic repair, Alien Car Care is the place to go. They are honest and great at what they do, and prices were affordable. Thanks again guys!

Amazing results! A dent, a gouge, many scrapes and scratches gone! The finish on my car is actually better than when it was new. Inside detailing beyond perfection! I started going to Alien Car Care approximately 3 years ago after my vehicle was damaged following a gravel truck on I94 causing numerous chips in my paint. They worked with my insurance company and me and outlined a corrective action plan to restore my vehicle. Not only did Alien touch up the spots, but they also installed a protective film to the hood of my truck and applied a ceramic finish to the entire exterior and wheels. Since that day I have had a ceramic refresh reapplied each year for a reasonable cost, with the latest being today. They are always friendly and met my time restraint to pick the vehicle back up at noon. The exterior looks almost brand new even though I have 176,000 miles on my Tundra. I have recommended the company I work for to use them for our company trucks detailing and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to restore their vehicle.

Phil has done an awesome job once again! Alien has made at least 3 ‘fixes’ on my vehicles in the last few years-all fabulously performed by their professionals. Most recently my hood was dented, annoyingly, by a tree branch over my driveway, which fell 80’ from the monsters 🌳above. 😣 Phil got my car in their shop and completed the following week just in time for our trip to Florida. They also touched up some scratched areas with their expert paint shop team making my car proud again! I highly recommend Alien for any car care you may need. Thanks Phil!!

I heard good things about them but took both vehicles to them and one came back with bubbles and scratches in the tint. I will give it to them for fixing it ASAP sounded like a defect in the tint roll. When we got the car back it looked good. Updated: Looking over the fresh tint there were dozen of tiny pin hole size bubbles. Definitely not impressed. But the second vehicle the window tint came back with a big ole scratch and the PPF is peeling back in several spots after only 2-3 weeks. I was told it was a challenging bumper so maybe that's it. Ceramic turned out good though. Looks amazing. Hard to trust a place with 70-80k vehicles that doesn't hand it back to you looking like 70-80k. I had a friend take his car here and it came back with white powder in all the cracks and gaps between panels. Severely disappointed.

I took my 2020 Mercedes-Benz C3 hundred cabriolet to Alien Car Care to have multiple things done to it. Things such as fixing paint chips and scratches, a couple minor dents in the rear quarter panels, UV, protecting window film, a full interior and exterior detail, and a waterproofing Windshield coating. I am beyond extremely pleased with how they did, and they were able to complete all of the services that I requested much faster than I anticipated. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday night, they began working on it Thursday morning, and they were done in three days and ready to return my car to me Monday. When I arrived to pick up my car, it looked more amazing than I had expected! The owner Phil was very straightforward and explained everything in great detail to me exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it, and having it done early was just an absolute bonus when I wasn’t even expecting it to be ready until Wednesday! That also saved me money on the car that I had to rent to drive in the meantime! Overall satisfaction, 10, out of 10, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have anyone or multiple services performed that they offer. I will definitely be going back there for services in the future! Thank you again, Alien Car Care!

To say I am disappointed in the services I received from Alien Auto Care does not begin to describe my experience. I took my 1999 Mitsubishi 3000GT in for a number of things. They were supposed to do a full interior and exterior deep clean/detail, fix the holes in my leather seat, and various other tasks. I am pleased with the fixes that they did on my leather seats but everything else was extremely disappointing. When I got in my car to leave, I noticed that the shifter slide had been broken. No one had advised me of this being broken prior to this, so I went back inside to inquire. When asked about the broken piece, Alien Auto Care asked if I had time stamped photos of my car prior to dropping it off. In the photos taken before I dropped my car off, there was no visible damage to my car. Not only did they not take responsibility for breaking this piece, they tried to tell me I was being accusatory. The part that they broke is not easily replaced even though that it was the guy at the front desk was trying to reassure me of. I was told that I would get a call back in a week with a resolution to this issue as they were going to order the part to fix it. It's now been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard one word from this company. When I came to pick up my car, this issue should have been the first thing that was brought to my attention. As you can see in these pictures, which are time stamped, the interior was still very dirty with visible dust/dirt around the steering wheel and the exterior was visibly dirty as well. I would not recommend this company. It definitely wasn't worth what I paid and now I have to spend more money to fix what they broke. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Don't waste your time or your money here.

I took my 2024 Rivian R1T and 2007 Silverado in to Alien Car Care and had an excellent experience. Excellent work on interior detailing and seat repair on the 07’ Silverado, it had been a few years since a good deep clean and they did phenomenal cleaning it up and repairing the tear in the side of the seat. Deep clean on the Rivian and tinted the front windows to match, looks great! Can’t say enough good about the team there, great work!
