Our salesman, Makai Anderson, is great. He is very courteous and knowledgeable and took the time necessary to address all of our questions. We never felt any pressure. He was very thorough in all of our requests. We’ve experienced some salespeople that will answer questions that they really don’t know the answer…it seems like they make up an answer. Not so with Makai. We asked a lot of questions and one he simply said he wasn’t sure and would look into it which he did. This further built confidence in our making a purchase. Everything he said he would do he did. We purchased the car and enjoyed the experience. We highly recommend him. The dealership is great as well. Good selection, nice facility and everyone was quite pleasant.

The first misstep with this dealership was when my Fiance had her CX3 in for warranty work, she had a loaner. Because of their mistake, they tracked to her work meeting and accused her of stealing their loaner vehicle in front of all of her coworkers. Giving them another chance, they damaged the wheel on my brand new CX50 and weren't going to say anything or repair it until I pointed out that I had the technician hitting the curb on dashcam in the vehicle. The only saving grace for this company was Deitrik Blue who no longer works there. He was the only individual who gave any semblance of customer service. Today was the last straw. My fiance needed an oil change in July. They said they couldn't get us in until today. Now they want to charge her because her lifetime lube expired last month! No customer service, they dont care about you or your car. They only want your money.

I purchased my 2025 CX-50 TPP custom through the dealership last September. I am still absolutely loving my car. Every time I open that door in the morning and hear that Mazda chime, it puts a smile on my face and makes driving to work a true pleasure. Especially with that Soul Red/Terracota combo (Right Jason, I told you this combo pops!). Jason F. was an absolute GOAT of a salesman. He knew every detail of all the trims for the entire fleet of Mazda's. He was even knowledgeable about the minutia of differences between each of the years for each respective model. This was particularly important for the newer CX-50 line. Most importantly, he respected my time; he was transparent about all of the options for purchase and the limitations behind each of them, and he kept a steady energy level through the entire process. I visited 3 dealerships before making it to Alan Webb. After the third dealership I visited, I was discouraged and was questioning if I wanted to stay in the Mazda brand, but Jason's passion and deep knowledge for the brand lured me back. Now I am happy to say, Mazda for life, bruhv.

Michael thank you so much for all the help you were! When purchasing my new tires and making an appointment through the app and it not connecting properly. You went far and beyond with your team to help ensure that you put tires on my car not only for my safety but for my family's safety. I had a huge nail in my tire that I believe had poked a hole in the sidewall. Well I drive for a living. When making an appointment 2 weeks out to get the tires put on, That's a bit scary. But you immediately called me back with amazing news and told me to come in the very next day and you guys will put my tires on and give me a service. I just couldn't believe what I was hearing. I felt an instant calm feeling. Thank you so much for the amazing service and best customer service I have ever had with a car dealership in my life. I truly appreciate you guys and recommend you to everyone I know.

I had my car there for a diagnosis, they stopped half way jumped to conclusions and demand money without doing a full diagnosis. Afterwards the manager was extremely rude when I asked her to complete their job. Do not recommend anyone to go there. They are only nice to you if you are worthy for then to take advantage off.

I just had best car buying experience I've ever had, if I could give 10 gold stars I would. John Wheeler made this car buying experience so wonderful and enjoyable all the way around. He listened to what features we wanted, what price point we needed and he made it happen. He went above and beyond to not only locate the exact car we wanted, but sent a team out to get it and have it there for us that day. There was not the usual back and forth on negotiating the price, he got the price where we needed it almost immediately. I have had my 2020 CX9 for 5 years now and it has been a GREAT vehicle. I bought the 10 year 100K extended BTB warranty and oil changes for life. Two days ago my car started sluggishly and the engine warning light came on. When I checked the alerts it said there was a "engine malfunction" contact the dealer. I made an appointment and took it in the next day. I could see that Detrick was no longer there, neither was MaKayla. I had worked with them for years. Detrick was always super helpful and probably would have advised me to check the battery before bringing it in. Long story short... They ran diagnostic on my car for $209.00 despite the fact I have an extended warranty. They then send me an estimate to replace said battery for an additional $271.00. Which would have meant a BATTERY for over $575.00. Not to mention the 12% MISC charge I noticed on the receipt. $25.08 for shop supplies associated with the "REPAIR" for a diagnostic. I am self employed and I do not charge additional fees to my clients for my supplies. They are a cost of doing business and a tax write off, as I am sure they are for them. The estimate also had suggested repairs that added up to over $3000.00, from wiper blade and filter replacement, to flushing the brake fluid. All of which were super inflated and did not need to be done. I declined on all the repairs and went to pick up my car. I am beyond disgusted. I am also in the market for a new car and love my Mazda, but will NEVER go to Alan Webb again. Reading the reviews, it seems I am not the only one. Buying from them seems great, but service after the sale is horrible. I am honestly sad to leave this review, but felt it needed to be done. I will be headed to Ron Tonkin over the bridge and suggest you do the same.
