Poor customer service, rude service. Failed inspection because of tire tread. Took it to 2 other mechanics that both said I should call the DMV and have a trooper come out. Who has time for that? I drive alot for work so I replaced the 2 front tires and come back for the re-inspection. Same mechanic with zero personality asks for the key, starts the car, drives 5 ft. Gets the tool to peel the sticker and place the new sticker on the car. Never once looks at the tires,never asks any questions. Shadiest service i have ever experienced.

I went there for an inspection with my two little ones. They were super quick and efficient. They even put the stickers on my license plate (which is a first for me). Very polite and went out of their way to hold open the door for me so it was easier with my little ones.

We went here because the Shell up the street wasn’t that great. This wash works MUCH better and does a fantastic job! The staff here are extremely polite and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s in the area! :)

Best car wash in the area. The only car wash that has manned pre-wash to scrub the wheels, bugs and dirt off before you enter the automated car was takes over and dose an excellent job. Great for year round service

When I pulled in, there was a line of about 5 cars. I was thinking I'd be in line for an hour but the attendants work fast and the line moved very quickly.

It’s a great car wash but don’t bother tipping any extra I did and asked them to spray the wheel Wells and they didn’t even bother or say thank you for the tip . I’m nit cheap but there was sand all over the tires and in the wheel well

I get my truck washed here all the time. They have a guy that does prep work to clean the wheels and tires before your vehicle enters the automatic part of the wash. This makes all the difference in my opinion. My truck always looks great after.

Gone here for quite a few car washes. Good service and I love the towels they provide to dry your car afterwards. Not a huge difference between the top wash and second to top, so I would opt for the cheaper one!

Went to the car wash and had the premium. The prep work by Artie and his colleague was very thorough. Upon exiting the machine, I noticed some unusual 'water' spots on the hood. I mentioned this to Artie and he had no problem offering me another wash (he did mention that it may not have been due to the wash). Upon exiting, same spots BUT it was not the car wash. Artie was outstanding and taking time explaining what could be the cause and a possible solution to the problem. OUTSTANDING customer service was given and I would recommend this car wash for both the quality of the wash and the excellent customer service given. Thank you

Had a coupon for $2 so I paid like $18 for the ultimate, top $ wash. I also gave the attendant $5 figuring he would clean my wheels nicer. Went through the wash and over to the towels to dry my windows. To my surprise looked like I had just wet my rig with a garden hose. Wheels and tires were still full of break dust, bugs still all over the front of the SUV, and windows still dirty, wiped everything down with the complimentary white towels Wich turned black! Next time I think I will spend the extra and go to Derry or just do it myself. Very dissatisfied with this car wash, I'm staying away!☹️

This place is more than just a car wash, it is a great place for routine maintenance and vehicle inspections. Mike is awesome! He has also helped diagnose and repair more complicated issues with our Subaru. I won't go anywhere else before I go here. Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and fair pricing.

The best car wash in the state. These guys do a great job every single time. They always go above and beyond to make sure that there customers are happy. Come here every Sunday and drive 20 minutes just to come here. If you want your car washed right with out worrying about your car getting scratched this is the place.

I went here last night for a car wash . I went through the wash and started to drive towards my house noticing something was wrong . I then tried cleaning it off my with windshield wiper fluid and it was all over the car so it wouldn’t work. I had two children and my husband waiting for me to come home so I couldn’t go back but once I got home my husband went to check it out and there was oil all over my car which is weird because I got the basic wash…. I then had to go to another car wash because this one was closed to see if it would come off and it still didn’t come off completely along with having to pay 18$ at another car wash because it was the only open one around at the time . Very disappointing

Changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. Original wash had left some dirt that was easily removed at home with a towel. After management saw my review they contacted me and made it right. Didn't argue didn't say come give us another chance. They stepped up and said sorry please come get your car wash again on us. That's a stand up business. Most business now don't take responsibility and try to blame others but not this one. Thank you management at Allan's.

Paid $20 for the best wash, car came out just ok, but there was NO tire shine whatsoever like the website says. Also, website says your top wash is $18.

Customer service is great. The guys are very friendly. Make sure you tip them and they’ll really give your car a good pre rinse. Only thing is, I’ve gone through a couple times and there’s always soap left behind. Not a little bit like a lot of soap dripping out of everywhere. I thought maybe the one time was a fluke, but went twice after that and the same thing happens. So unfortunately I go else where now.

This place is great! Not too bad on price, I went through and still had some stuff on my hood that didn't come out the first time which really surprised me because it's never happened before here. I actually mentioned it to him and he said they could run me through again. This time he scrubbed it really well! This place has always cleaned my car really well. No complaints at all! Friendly staff NOT a "Just give me your money place" at all!

We had a film of some sort on the car possibly from a tree or the pollen. We went to the car wash to take it off and none of it came off had to wash my car after I had my $18 works done. Spoke to the attendant but he wasn’t very helpful. Figured they would offer a refund since the wash did not clean.

I pulled in at 1:20 and watched the guy behind the desk look at me walk over and lock the door. There was no one in the parking lot so it's not like they had a bunch of work filling them up until close. At least have the decency next time to come tell me that you're full for the day. You would think that they would need business given that the car wash burned down, but I guess they'd rather just not work at all.
