I have used this place a long time but the older lady that is there at night with glasses is absolutely rude & should be fired . I know of 15 other people including myself she's screamed at, cussed at . She cussed me out bc the washer wouldn't come on . I spend about $100.00 a week at laundry mat ... She accused me of intentionally breaking the washing machine. Then as loud as she could she screamed it wasn't her job to help.... Beware go before 5 pm ... She even threatened one guy to call the police on him bc the machine took his money... Please fire her sincerely a weekly customer!!

It’s over 100plus degrees in this place. The fan (YES) one fan does not work. The Satff is Great! However, my first and last time in this hot sauna . It’s actually cooler outside in Columbus Ga. Verses inside this place. I will not call it a laundry!!’ Sauna. The place is clean….. This is absolutely crazy

Went there to wash my bed quilt. My washer and dryer are too small. There was an attendant there. The lady was very friendly and courteous and she told me how to and dry my quilt and how long it would take.

My wife and I are otr drivers. We waited till the restaurant closed next door so we could park there. This place is super clean prices are great! Diane the attended is so nice and very polite and easy to talk to. The other patrons were so polite too. I'd give this place 20 stars and Diane 100 if I could!

Laundromat is not bad except for disgusting people eating on the folding tables. Parking needs to be enforced- this person was actually blocking the driveway.

I have been using this laundry for a little over a year now. For the most part I have had no complaints. However there are a few things I have noticed. The cars being allowed to park in front of the business is quite bothersome. It is hard to get in the very narrow lot when others do not park in proper spaces. The hours are no longer posted so I often forget the one night the business is open later. This is inconvenient for those who are not regular customers. The detergent dispenser is not filled, and always out of order as is the snack machine. The coin machine rarely works, but the atm sure does. The ladies bathroom has a hole in the ceiling, and is forever out of order. Scores of dryers, and washers are out of order. If you cannot service them why have so many? It is like more are bought to replace those left unfixed. The TV in the back does not work, but the one in the front is always blaring. Sometimes to not so family friendly shows. You heat to death in the summer because the one fan is never on,and freeze in the winter as there is no heat. For most this is just uncomfortable,but to those with health issues could become dangerous. The time before my last visit the washer ate a couple of my washcloths. The last visit a washer leaked oil all over my towels,and washcloths. In both cases I did not get so much as a genuine sorry. I tried reaching the owner about my destroyed items,but the phone is busy even after multiple attempts. It is not all bad though. Both of the ladies that work there (different shifts) are super nice. The lady who works at night often talks to me keeping me company. She remembers my children's names,ages,and always asks about them. I really appreciate her kindness. The facility is always clean,and has never had an unpleasant aroma. That cannot be as easy task to maintain with so many stinky clothes around. So as I said it is not all bad. It almost evens out.

The laundry mat is clean & washer machines work good. The Dryers on the other hand needs improvement...They need to clean the lint traps more often to get them hotter.

I absolutely love this laundromat, always clean and staff is pretty friendly. However the downfall is the customers literally take up the driveway and the employees are NEVER ON TIME. THE LAUNDROMAT DOESN'T OPEN UNTIL 25-30 MINS AFTER THE STATED OOENING TIME. Instead of parking in the available parking spots, they allow them to park all in front of the door and walk way which very inconvenient for the elderly that come in. Customers shouldn't have to walk around cars just to get to the door, hopefully the owner sees this review and implements some rules about parking. THESE WILL CAUSE YOU TO LOSE LOYAL CUSTOMERS, THATS IF YALL EVEN CARE ABOUT THINGS LIKE THAT

It’s your standard laundromat honestly. The washers smell like mildew and the dryers take forever. Plus the AC is still out. Don’t listen to the owners comments. It’s 86 degrees in here according to their wall thermostat. Will definitely be trying a different location. Plus the lady behind the wall counter was asleep.

This is to inform the owner about the Troublesome old lady who works at night. I had to call the POLICE on her last night. She is incredibly rude, antagonizing, and disrespectful to customers. I asked her several times to distance herself from me and my kids before she forcefully tried to remove my feet from a chair with my belongings. Keep in mind we were finishing our last load of laundry at 11:30 pm after being there since morning. There were 10 other vacant chairs in the facility with only 3 other people present , to inclued my 2 kids. I'm so grateful for the 1 customer who was there and willing to back me when the police came...Use this laundromat if you want to be assaulted and harassed, otherwise I would definitely choose another laundry mat

Half of washer and dryer are out of order And then the rest of them are full with people's clothes that are sitting there containing full wet clothes and near nowhere to be found never again, will I ever show app at this place came here basically to wash rugs and a couple comforters, but never again, I'll go to one over on veterans and moon road, at least they're clean and everything works.And you don't wait forever for people to get their clothes out of the dryer and for the majority , all of the washer and drye

The biggest issue is the incredibly rude and unprofessional staff, especially one old lady African American with short hair who constantly yells at customers for no reason. She clearly no interest in providing even basic customer service. The layout of this place is crammed with too many machines, leaving barely any space to move around or wait. On top of that, there are either no seats available or the ones that are there are filthy and disgusting. If the owner actually cares about their business, they should replace the seating, and most importantly, hire staff who actually know how to treat customers with respect.
