Revisiting this review. Disappointed with the overall approach to an issue and highly questioning the value and longevity of a ceramic coating. Made attempts to resolve this, but I was presented unreasonable solutions.

I just want to say that I do not have a problem with any work they preform, My problem is their professionalism. I called on Tuesday 3/14/23 to make an appointment to have my vehicle detailed and ceramic coated. I was told they would pick up my vehicle around 8:00am on Friday 3/17/23. I agreed to the price they quoted without any negotiation on my part @ approximately 8:20 on Friday morning I got a text from them saying that they were picking up supplies and would arrive at my house ASAP. Pat arrived and came in. exchanged hellos and all was fine. I told Pat that I hoped this would be fine and If not he would be the first to know if I wasn't happy. He showed a photo of a vehicle that he had ceramic coated. I remarked that it was blue and my car was black. He said that black was his specialty. He then went on to say that my car had a lot of scratches on it from going thru the car wash. No argument there. I asked how long it would take and he replied 6-8 hours. I asked if he wanted to get paid now or later. He replied that later would be fine. He then said he was going to tell his wife all was ok and would be back in. After 15-20 minutes he never came back inside. I called their number and no answer. I waited a few more minutes and called back. Pat answered and I asked what was going on and if he was coming back he replied no and that he was walking away from the job, his reasoning was that I disrespected him because I said the car was blue. I do not understand this childish behavior. To just walk out of my house and leave without any explanation. This is very unprofessional and childish. I used them in the past and didn't have any problems. I just find it hard to deal with people that are that unprofessional. A little courtesy goes along way. There are a lot of detailing companies that can be used. I wish Pat all the success in the world and I would use him again only after an apology. Respectively submitted, David Morse

Used This company for 2 of my vehicles and they have never been cleaner! People have been complementing my cars ever since!! Great prices and very convenient since he was able to do while I was at work. Did ceramic coating on both vehicles and I HIGHLY recommend it! Very fast and professional! Had my 05 350z washed ,wet sanded , buffed, polished and also ceramic coated. The car looks brand new you'd never know the age now! Price was very good and competitive. Awesome to work with, highly recommended for high end and more sensitive cars also.
