The guys there is always respectful and patient with you. Always on point on helping you and letting you know want you need to speed up the process. 90% of everything you need to get your car and on the road they’ll get it done, leaving you stress free. As a buyer couple times. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place doesn’t even deserve any stars The customer service sucks . Everyone that works in the office is incredibly rude and ignorant.The owner and his sidekick Thiago should never be allowed to sell another vehicle to another living human being ever again in their lifetime. My sister purchased a car here back in the fall of 2023 . A day after she signed paperwork for it the check engine light went on and a few others. She took the car back and they “fixed” the issue . This continued five more times . Five separate trips still nothing was fixed . The last time they had the vehicle for three whole weeks with minimal communication of what was going on. On the last day of the car being in there possession It was brought all the way to brookline MA to “test it” at 11:30 at night the car was parked at Thiagos house they were unaware the car had an air tag in it the entire time , so as they were creating there own timelines to where it was brought to fix or order parts she wws watching it the entire time from her phone. This place should be shut down immediately and never be allowed to sell anything to anyone again. So unless you want the car that they are supposed to be “fixing” driven to karate, cvs the dentist and then parked at their residential address in a tow zone with not a care in the world , then stay far far away from this place.

We bought a car from advanced auto sales in Dracut in May of 2025. We liked the car and the sales process was easy. We were going to give them a high rating until we had issues with the service department. We paid approximately 13,000 for the car and the maintenance contract. Within one week the car battery died and was not on the maintenance contract. We replaced it. We were only given one key for the car. We have bought several used cars from other dealers and always got more than one key. We called and asked for a second key. It took several days for them to call back and said we had to buy a second key for approximately 200 dollars. We made an appointment to get the second key and went there and waited an hour only to tell us they could not do it that day. We had to make another appointment and I asked if they could take 100 dollars off for our inconvenience, he said yes. We went there a second time, and they were still working on getting the key. I asked if they would throw the key in for free, for our inconvenience. We felt that they were nickel and diming us. They said no and I told them I would write a detailed review of exactly what happened. They did not like that and said they would do nothing for us now, not giving us any key at all. I said so we had to pay for the battery and now for the key, and they basically said well you bought a used car! The service department was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them. Advanced auto if you respond to this, it will not be read.

From the moment I walked in the dealership I felt a good feeling and that was the way everything went from there. I received great service, got a used car in excellent condition and they stayed late to make sure I could drive it home before a snowstorm was due to hit the next day. I highly recommend them.

Just got to give a huge shout out to advance autos help me get into a second vehicle that tells you something right there they were quick and very helpful not to mention got me an insanely cheaper APR all around and on top of it they got me a second key coming in can't think these guys enough highly highly recommended all around from hospitality and all these people are very humble and are here to help you go hop in your new car
