Complete thieves. We purchased a brand new battery from this location through their website. The battery failed before it’s warranty ended so we went in for a replacement, and they charged me for the new battery and claimed they would refund to the original purchase account. We didn’t get our money back and have tried multiple times to speak with Advanced Autoparts customer support and our own bank customer support. We haven’t gotten anything back and are having to claim fraud in order to get our money back. I’ve paid for 2 batteries and only have 1 now. Will never shop at these locations ever again.

When I lived in Athens, I relied on these folks to keep my cars running. They were always a step above the rest and went above and beyond to ensure their customers were satisfied. Absolutely a great group of people here. I can't say the same for the current store I shop at, sadly.

Ordered two parts to come in the next day. Go in the next day and one of them was an air filter that looked beat and used and they tried to give to me. The other was a PCV valve that wasn't even the right fit. Go to the store to return the PCV Valve (after going to put it in and realizing it is too small) get to the store and the doors are locked. The sign and website say they don't close for another 30 mins.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here for anything but if you do, please make sure you keep your receipt. The GM will do everything in her power to keep your money all while insulting you repeatedly. It took three trips in one day just to get the manager to honor the company return policy. She was rude to me the whole time on what felt like a personal offensive level.

Wouldn't go to this store agin they sold me the wanty on the break pads for my truck thin said I couldn't return them when clearly they were cracked on the side complete thieves save your money and time yall go to anther store

I bought a lawn mower battery. Installed it two weeks later. Mower wouldn't start. Spend an hour checking the mower before checking the charge on the battery. 11.3 Volts, should have read 13.1+ on a new battery. Returned to the store to exchange for a new one. The first guy suggested I put it on a charger after checking it for a dead cell. No bueno! First of all, every battery they sell comes with a three month guarantee. Second, a new battery that's lost 2 Volts and doesn't recharge on its own is a bad battery plain and simple. The guy escalated the issue and fetched his manager. This guy knew his stuff and promptly exchanged the bad one for one that was right off the truck that day plus he checked it in front of me with it reflecting 13.2 Volts.

The guys at this place were really helpful. We had to change our alternator and they helped us figure out which amp we needed for our truck. Rod helped us figure it out so we wouldn’t have to go back and forth. Very helpful and friendly! Will be back next time we need parts.
