First off, it's great that it's open 24 hours. They have credit card readers (believe it or not many of these type of places are still coin operated only!). I think the rates are very cheap, if your car wasn't that dirty you can do a quick clean for between $3-5, or a very deep clean for like $9. If you're new to self clean spray garage things like this and coming from only ever using car washes - this place is a great place to start!

Same as everyone else says. Stopped washing at $4.20 . Watched machine say it charged me $4.25 after ending but card got charged $10. Can't contact anyone. Won't go there again.

I went to wash my car the other day but forgot to have cash on me. I noticed the machine had a place for you to swipe your card, so i swiped and followed the directions. But to my surprise the buttons didn't seem to work, so it tried to charge me $27 but ended up canceling its self out. After that I check my bank account to make sure I wasn't charged and I saw a $10 charge from the car wash but I never was able to wash my car. I called the phone number to ask what I should do but the voice box is full and I can't even leave a message. I do not suggest using this car wash when there are so many more trustworthy and reliable car washes around.

Regarding the Essex Junction, VT location, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. If you use a credit card, they charge MUCH more for the self- service wash than is shown on the meter when you are done. I have seen Many other complaints online about the same issue. The minimum charge is $4.00 for a wash, and I stop the machine at $4.00, but somehow I'm charged $10.00 on my statement, with no explanation. This happened to me 3 times. It's obviously an intentional scam. They should be reported to the BBB. Beware!

I used the car wash today for $4.50, but I was charged $10. This is the second time this has happened. I tried calling, but I couldn’t get through. I’d like to request a refund of $10, please. Thank you for your help.

This was my third time coming here. I was prepared with a bag of quarters. All three bays the coin slots were jammed so had to use my debit card. (No big deal) I washed my car a total of $3.90. Hit the button to say I’m done. Except when I look at my bank charge it’s $10.00. Absolutely nowhere is there a $10.00 minimum posted. I’m sure more people than not use the debit cards and same thing is happening. Be careful. Pretty shady not cool

Washed all 3 cars paid with card and was charged $10 for each one when the meter said $6.25, $6.75, $7.25. would be charged to our cards when I pushed the finished button. Can't call because the phone number doesn't even work???

I used this car wash at the recommendation of Jason Leo's (they just wanted the underside washed before an undercoat). Big mistake! For a little over $5.00 of washing per their own meter, they're charging me $10! And their phone number doesn't work, so no recourse to fix this. I'll be contesting the charge.

Use to come here multiple times a week to clean cars. The machines steal money. Insert $12 into the machine and it took the money but it didn’t start the machine. Machine would not refund the money, called the number on the machine and it rang for about a minute then auto hung up with no Voicemail option. You lost a loyal customer but doesn’t seem like ya’ll care much about that.

Used my debit card for a two minute spray for $2.00 but my bank statement stated $4.00. No signs anywhere stating a minimum charge, phone number rings but no-one answers. Owner got a good scam going charging double. It would be a shame if his equipment started breaking on its own.

I never have a problem usually here, I went thru the automatic wash, mind you I paid 12.00. It did the side panels and when I pulled up, nothing....all the lights went out. I was there on June 2nd around 2:50 pm and I had a silver Tuscan. And tried calling them and no phone number worked. Drove around to the self serve and washed myself. You need to put more soap in the self serve bays.

Love that this is a completely self-serve automatic carwash with nobody to make my dog bark his head off. Rarely crowded and gets my sporty Mazda nice and clean. Oh, and it is touchless, so no brushes or slappy things to rub scratchy dirt all over my paint! The only negative is that the wash takes a while, so be prepared to be very patient if someone has just started a wash before you and wait until another time if there's a line. I also wish that the payment kiosk stuck out farther. The way it is now you need to drive very close to it. Overall though, I love it!

Inserted my card and tried to Stop it from charging the numbers just kept rolling by. I kept pressing the stop button and nothing was happening, I pulled the trigger. It started for about 10 seconds and then shut off, so I thought that something was wrong with my card, so I inserted four dollars in coins and then today when I’m looking at my bank statement, I’m charged $10 to my debit card. And I didn’t even use that Method of payment to get The car wash. So I’m out 10 bucks, and the phone number is disconnected

I've used this place many times. Do not recommend unless you like losing money. I've had my money taken on numerous occasions without the self serve wash ever working. I've reached out to the company on more than one occasion with no response and no refunds. I do not recommend this place.

Four bucks for self wash. Pretty good deal, but I wish they had tap credit card service. I don’t trust swipe card readers left out in unsecured locations.
