This shop is great. All technicians are very experienced and it shows. I replaced my Transmission with a more heavy duty version. That was 2.5 yrs ago. I called to request a copy of the work done and it was promptly sent. I needed this since I couldn't find my copy and i'm selling the truck. The transmission has held up flawlessly. Thank you.

Awesome service. Despite the fact that I had a major repair, that cost me an arm and a leg and made me stressed beyond belief, the customer service was great. They were knowledgeable, fair, and expedient. My service was completed the following day after the breakdown/tow, and I was given extra undue care at no cost to me. They were very transparent and gave me the breakdown of my service before it was complete. They gave me price comparisons on parts, and docked the price of the diagnostics when I agreed to have them fix the problem. They cleaned the area around the engine that they we fixing, and schooled me up on future preventative maintenance. I will DEFINITELY come back for service. Best repair shop in town.

I need to up this review my first experience with them was awesome however there is a new manager there and they charged me for parts that were not installed, and labor cost almost triple from the last time i was there. I was very unsatisfied with my service this time... Previous review was five star...This is probably the best service I have received from a mechanic shop ever. Nerick M. Who was assisting me kept me informed with every step...let me know the cost each time it was needed and did everything cost friendly. Highly recommend Aamco in Pueblo,co. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I will be back!!!

Wow, what can I say Julius is a saint,Took my vehicle in and about three weeks later after some trouble with the timing chain and some shipping issues , my Suzuki XL-7 is finally is back to all its glory. I can say that these guys did a really good job as the car is driving like brand new so far. *knock on wood* their customer service quality is excellent although, it cost me an arm and a leg that I stressed out for days even lost some hair in the process, at the end of the day I can say that these guys got the job done. Julius was really responsive and told me everything that needed to be done and recommended some things as well. they offered me a Few financial solutions to pay the total costs and worked with me the whole time. I see a lot of complaints about them taking a long time but, I feel it’s better they take their time on their work then to do a half job and just for you to return a few weeks later. so far, so good. They even asked me to come back in a few weeks to check on everything and make sure it’s still running fine no extra cost. I will write a follow-up review in 3 to 6 months to let you guys know if the work held up also they gave me one year warranty on this bad boy so I am driving with confidence thanks to Julius himself. five star review best shop in town . in Pueblo, hell maybe ,even all of Colorado. thanks guys.

These folks are amazing. I had a transmission issue they were able to let me drop it of right away. They called me back this morning to let me know that they couldn't get to my car on Monday ( I was totally fine with that, no biggie I would have for sure waited) they took care of my car TODAY and I was deeply appreciative on how they turned it around that quick! All the other transmission & service places were booked weeks out in town and the fact they saw me right away was amazing! Plus they kept me in the loop on prices and what they needed to do to get it fixed and they did not Nickle and dime me at all! They were up front and honest and insured they wanted the best safety for myself and my car!! I called around to other shops they were going to charge me $106 up to $126 just to plug in a code reader (which I already did that) but these guys waived the diagnosis fee because I trusted them to repair my car. I would have to say these guys are the best in town and they take great care of you! I will recommend this place to anyone with transmission issues!

We were traveling from CO to AZ when suddenly our Rogue wouldn’t go in Pueblo. We thought it might be the transmission and had it towed to Firestone and then found out they don’t repair transmissions. So then we towed it to AAMCO but when Mike looked at it he said it didn’t seem like the transmission. So we walked to the Nissan Service Repair and they couldn’t even run diagnostics on it for several days. We went back to AAMCO and Mike ran a test and discovered it was the air flow sensor. He got the part and got it installed for us and we were back on our way. We were so blessed by Mike’s willingness to help us, his expertise, his outstanding professionalism and a wonderful and very interesting guy to talk to as well. We left feeling so blessed by God and so we’ll take care of by Mike and the AAMCO Team!

They're busy and there's a reason why. There are the best around. Took our Tahoe in to get it rebuilt transmission before Thanksgiving and it took them about a month to turn around. I'm sure the holiday did not help them. But they are very popular because they do good work guarantee their work and are accredited nationally. Mike is who we dealt with mostly. He was friendly prompted informative. They could use a little bit of help in the communication section But there again they're busy for a reason. I did not mind calling and checking in on it as they were always easy to deal with and answer their phone. Upon picking up our vehicle we did notice that they charged extra for some fuel and they used quite a bit of fuel I'm assuming driving it around and making sure things were running properly as they said that they had to drive it to the dealership to get the rebuilt transmission flashed. The owner corrected it though and went above and beyond to satisfy us. This was a totally different experience than what I had at a little shop in Canon City where I had to take our other vehicle to have the transmission replaced a month before.

Sanford and his crew are incredible! They provided excellent customer service when I brought my Toyota Highlander in due to a suspected transmission problem. They were extremely helpful and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need since they couldn't find any issues despite what Toyota told me. Glad I sought a second opinion! Turns out the transmission issue was due to a safety dongle (plug-in device monitoring driving habits) from Progressive. Highly recommend Sandford & crew!

My ‘91 Honda accord ex had a down shifting problem , others had no clue how to fix it . One place in Pueblo rebuilt the trans which it did not need , but I am taking them to COURT and I will get my money back , because it still down shifted , big run around , my best friend in So.CAL. my home told me to take it to Aamco , it was the Trottle Possitioning Sensor that was bad , Aamco fixed it for $512.00 verses $2500.00 for a rebuilt I did not need , thank you Aamco and CREW I will announce the name of those people after I get my money back in court , so no one else will get ripped of by them , they are bottom of the barrel people , believe me !

I would never refer to this crooked business to anyone, they didn't even do any kind of work on my sons car , then they bent the hell of of exhaust he argued with them and they had him leave not only didn't diagnose it, never gave him a call but obviously lifted it and bent exhaust , bad service

How much would yall charge me for a 4L80E transmission in my 2004 Chevy 2500 HD..or possibly take a look at mine. I recently installed a used 4l80E from a guy who said it ran. And when i first installed it, it backed out of the garage, and went forward. Then it went into like a limp mode, it goes forward in Reverse, and Nutral now. Maybe bad shifter solenoids ? Possibly. I put my old PCM on my transmission and i took my old Moduel assembly and put it into my truck as well. I dont know if i need to flash it, or reprogram it. Im going ti replace my Aand B and C and D shifter solenoids before i being it in maybe it was that. Also going to also have help on my linkage cable but it shows ITS going into park R, N, D, 1 ,2,3 so i dont think it would be that year

I brought a 2008 Ram truck in to Mike (Awesome guy/ great customer service). The truck had a horrible T/O Bearing noise and clutch chattered. Trans had to come out and complete clutch assembly replaced. This vehicle works wonderful now and clutch has never worked this well. Great job to Mike and the Technician that did the work!!
