For the amount of money paid and to leave as much dirt on the car as they did I would never return. Could have paid 90% less and took it to a self serve spray wash and done a better job. I am so irritated.

Quick, easy and clean. Three of the best things to get out of a car wash. Also, the prices are super reasonable for what you get. Not to mention you get to chat with a parrot while you wait.

A $30 wash and my alloy front wheels were still covered with grime. When I asked if they would donsomething I was told I had to pay extra tonhave them cleaned...SERIOUSLY!!! The wheels are not cleaned in a 30 dollar wash!!! I will NEVER go back there! That is TOTAL BS!

Entered car wash with a tray (inside my console covered with a sliding door) full of coins. Several hours later opened tray to find at least half (or more) of coins missing. Probably $6-7 worth. Never going here again.

Very disappointed - due to inappropriate use of chemicals by the employee, I have a stain on my brand new car's console. I have made several attempts to contact the General Manager, Mr Abbot; and he will not return my calls. I find it unacceptable that the General Manager will not contact me when I was told that he would nor will the managers provide me with his phone number so that I can call him.

My parents had things stolen from their car as well. They had been going to Sparkle Clean for many years with no problems and thought that these people were trust worthy. They are not.

Came here today (Sunday) because I wanted a car wash and detailing. They were closed. Maybe due to all the rain. Happy to learn they have reopened, though under a new name.

Under new ownership and back open. Will be changing name, but the signs still say Sparkling Clean for now!! AMAZING service!! They made my car look brand new inside and out!

I wish I had never been to this business. They will steal anything from your car and then try to blame the victim. Obviously hiring criminals is part of the business plan. Call the Springfield Police Department and ask how many incident reports have been filed by customers who have had things stolen from their cars. If you are informed you won't dare go there. I hope this review will help reduce the number of victims of these crimes.

By far the worst service I have ever experienced. The manager Willy has no business in a customer service roll or any position for that matter. He seems to think since its early in the morning that they shouldn't have to work or provide customers with efficient service.

If I can give negative stars I would! If I wanted to pay $40 carwash i would of done it myself for way cheaper! They didn't even vacuum nothing but put it through the carwash! I have proof of they didn't do! Will not go there again!

Went today for a truck was and was robbed by car dryer crew. Had a container of quarters with a lid covering it. On the way home we checked and it was half gone. About Eight dollars. Never have I had this happen at any other car wash. Not even in St Louis.

Great wash every time. Not your basic Car wash. They vac and scrub the bugs before it hits the wash. After the wash it's hand drying and windows. They even make sure to get the door jambs.

I will not go back. Front end of my car not touched. Dead bugs still there. Didn't swipe back out. Didn't touch the dash. And I paid 27.00 could of done better at auto wash.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I have been there 3 times. Twice with my white truck which the first time they left the back seat belt hanging out of my door so my seats got wet. I made sure that the manager knew that. They second time was better. By the third time, I had gotten a black car. Apparently, they are not equipped or capable of washing a black vehicle. The first time I was there, a lady came in saying that she had just left, went to the store down the street, and saw dirt still on her (black) car. So naturally, remembering her, I did a walk around to inspect my car. There were so many missed spots where the dirt was very obviously. I did appreciate the one guy going to get a wet sponge, and going back over my front bumper. I guess that's why you get a free wash if your car gets dirty within 24 hours. I won't be going back though. If you have a black vehicle, I suggest you don't either.

In my view, they do a good job of cleaning you vehicle. I appreciate the hand drying of the vehicle at the end of the process, especially in winter. I've had really good results with the custom hand waxing options they offer too. Located close to multiple shopping areas, easy access.
