dropped my car off here at 9am to replace breaks. came after work around 5pm to my car (with no hood) sitting in the rain. I ask why it’s sitting in the rain and not under cover and they said they moved it when the breaks on the car didn’t fit. so they had my car over 8 hours with no work done to it. check out my car and there was no gas and oil all over my engine and windshield like they were revving my car and doing 2 step. so no work done and they got a little joy ride. when I pulled up all the workers were off to the side smoking while the “manager“ was on his phone so loud he didn’t even see me walk up. owner is always on “vacation”. manager lies and says he doesnt have way to contact owner but come to find out he’s the son of the owner. super unprofessional. I had work don’t here before and no problems when the owner is there watching. Definitely won’t be coming back after this incident.★☆☆☆☆ 2 months ago

He had a technician out, remove the inner trim panel on the passenger side door and took off the mirror for us. I was traveling on the Auto Train last week, unfortunately my car was to low to board the train I was recommended by Amtrak staff to go over to A-1.
